Mr. Mohammed, the owner, is very nice, friendly and welcoming, he made us feel very welcome . Room , living room and kitchen are very clean The location is ok and there is restaurant and café around the Helnan hotel .

I met the owner family in my 3weeks solo trip in Egypt, and this stay here became the most unforgettable memory. They showed me human love. The sight of the canal was of course great, the rooms were sooo gorgeous (with bath tub) and I felt like I'm sleeping in a castle, the city is safe, not too busy, and not sandy like other cities!! The name is written in Arabic here, but you don't need to hesitate to book because you can always touch their heart. It's good for your rest during your trip.
