I've never been more welcomed anywhere in my 7 years of traveling as I was at Bongs. They are a very genuine and caring family. It's right at the peer. It's a hotspot for the locals and local business owners. It's not a luxury spot by any means, but their service, their food and their hospitality is excellent. I will surely visit again. Ellen made us feel at home immediately. We felt so comfortable here in her beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, clean, and cool with the over head fan. The property also has a great balcony with hammock and view over the village. Ellen gave us great advice on what to do and where to eat in the bay as the food there is excellent. We didn’t want to leave.

Very sweet hostfamily, super helpful and friendly. Amazing garden and great vibes, clean accommodation and free water refill. The placing of the guesthouse is great close to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet at night.

Firstly, the location is fantastic. The bungalows are a super short walk from the Orchid Pier. Secondly, the staff is so nice and welcoming. Thirdly, they give you a 20 liter jug of water that you can use for drinking water (this is all included). The beds were comfortable, the fan worked great, and the mosquito net did it's job. While there is no restaurant on site, several nice places to eat are a short stroll away. After staying at the more "luxury" places along the beach during previous stays on the island, we felt more at home and more comfortable at Sunny Bungalows.

Honestly, my best stay in Cambodia and I’ve been to Cambodia 3 times already so that says a lot about this place. Here I felt so welcomed and loved people here. The staff were so friendly and nice. The room is cute and cozy. The lounge area is also cozy and full of various of seats. They offer free kayaks and snorkeling mask. Also, you gotta try their cocktail Espresso Bikini. It’s the best!

Very nice white beach, wonderful blue water. The restaurant is just perfect, very nice 'all-around-the-world' menu, delicious Khmer food. The rooms offer every one would want and have really nice island style. But the best here is the staff and the owner. The manager Nin made us truly feel like we were in paradise from the first moment. Everyone in the restaurant, the garden, ... sorry I don't know your names, everyone would deserve a special mention. Thank you very much for making our stay with you this perfect. 🙏

Gemütlich eingerichtet Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Ian und seine Frau sind Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Macondo hat eine tolle Atmosphäre.Super ist das man dort als Gast seine Trinkflasche mit gefilterterten Wasser auffüllen kann. Das angebotene Essen schmeckt fantastisch und der Eingangsbereich ist ideal um der Mittagshitze zu entfliehen und an einem schönen Ort zu verweilen.
