Sajnos csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de akár egy hetet is szívesen eltöltenék itt. A kert szépen gondozott, makulátlan tisztaság van mindenhol. Van egy medence az udvarban, este még meg is mártóztunk. A hatalmas konyha teljesen felszerelt, 2 óriási nappali, pazarul néz ki, a szobák nagyok. Az autóval az udvarba be lehet állni. A tulajdonosokkal mi nem találkoztunk egy külföldi fiú a személyzet, mindent megmutogatott, de angolul nem nagyon beszél.

I was looking for a place to stay in Nizwa during Eid and this was the cheapest accommodation available. This is located inside the Nizwa heritage area behind the Fort. You can get there by walking down a narrow street but you will have to park your car in the open car park area by the side of the street as you can’t take a vehicle on these roads. If required, the owner will provide an electric cart / golf buggy car to load and bring your luggage from the car park. Even though the building is very cozy with a colonial theme, the room doors have a digital keypad as the door key. The room exceeded my expectation. A/C was perfect. Bed and duvet was very comfortable and so were the pillows. They had free very fast Wi-Fi a safety deposit box, The bathroom had hot water shower and free toiletries including toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, towels and hair dryer which was beyond my expectations. The room has a mini bar fridge and a TV plus multiple plug points to charge your phone. You can go to the rooftop and enjoy the great view from there. Buffet breakfast was at the rooftop and the breakfast was very tasty and I loved it. Even the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nizwa.

Amazing place nested in the middle of the old town. Has private garage, 2 nice rooms, one with a king size bed, one with king size and single bed, so 5 people can sleep comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and a small but marvelous swimming pool, heaven after 4 long hours of drive to Nizwa. Host was super nice, there were kahwa & dates awaiting for us, in the middle of the kitchenette. The place is next to a beautiful mosque, built around 1200.
