Let’s star from the warm welcome of our hots, always available to help us even before our arrival to the hotel. The location couldn’t be better for us, near the Piazza Del Campo. The room was super clean rustic modern, with access to quiet and private garden. The breakfast was just what we need and use to look for in our trips.

The staff is extremely helpful, will answer to any of my questions and demands, immediately! The room is clean and well equipped, meets all my needs for a three day trip in Florence. If I come again, I'd love to stay here once more.

The location is super comfortable to walk through the Florence. The room is cozy and big. It was great to have a breakfast in the balcony and special thanks for breakfast room service.
