We spent two wonderful nights at the seagull cottage in Portmagee in a spacious and very clean room with really nice continental breakfast and delicious home made scones! Andy was very helpful with providing us with the necessary tips to get around the area and find a bite to eat. We especially loved the relaxing and quiet location of the B&B where you can definitely get a good night's sleep! From the cottage you can either go down to the Portmagee marina by car (2-3min with free Parking everywhere) or it'll take you about 10min to walk down which both worked great for us. We would definitely recommend staying there when visiting Portmagee!

Donald also thought ahead and saw that we were Australian and figured we would not be faring too well in the cold so set up the heating ahead of time to make sure the house was warm before we arrived! Very close to village shops, restaurants, and dock. Host had great communication and was very helpful suggesting local places to eat and things to see.

The location is perfect, a short walk into town and a good base for sightseeing other areas. Our room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. The breakfast was hot and hearty and our hosts were lovely, friendly people who couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely recommend this warm and friendly place.
