The staff are warm & welcoming & the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food is also fabulous! We keep coming back as we're very happy staying here!

Great to have a small kitchen, Terry and Nikki were brilliant. Very dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Big family rooms if needed.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated St Vincent Guest House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Owners very friendly and accommodating. They had only had the hotel for a year so they were still updating. The owner apologised for our room being a little 'tired'. Maybe but it was tasteful and clean. The breakfast options were great and we felt very well catered for as vegetarians. Good breakfast coffee- not weak like most B&Bs and they had oat milk so we were happy! Our dog was also very happy with the sausages he was given for breakfast.

Offering a garden and garden view, Mounthaven Guest House is located in Dartmouth, 34 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 2.6 km from Dartmouth Castle. Its a true pleasure staying at Mounthaven guesthouse. Run by a friendly couple who make great efforts to make youre stay one of the best possible. Especially the breakfast with home grown fresh fruit (september stay) was the best. The elevated position of the house makes you get the best views to the dart river and dartmouth.

Situated in Ilfracombe, 700 metres from Ilfracombe, The Devonian features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Piper and Terrence are the most splendid hosts who engaged us in cheerful and helpful banter. The house is beautifully decorated with delightfully quirky touches throughout. And the breakfast - simply magnificent.

Situated in Braunton, in a historic building, 24 km from Lundy Island, The Brookfield is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. Lovely welcome from our host, Chris, who was lovely with our grandson, showing him the family guinea pigs. The family room we had was huge, with a spacious en suite. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was served to the conservatory table; a tray piled with cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and warm croissants was plentiful, and the coffee was fresh and refills were happily provided. Chris also catered for a gluten free eater with gf crumpets and granola. The house is a one minute walk from all the shops and places to eat in Braunton-, which is a really nice village. Off road parking was useful, and the gorgeous beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay area both only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Set in Budleigh Salterton and only less than 1 km from Budleigh Salterton Beach, Park House offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastically welcoming and pleasant hosts, spacious "mini-apartment" feel - separate sitting room, bathroom, bedroom with good quality furnishings, beautifully cooked breakfast with lots of choice

Set in Moretonhampstead, Cookshayes Country Guest House has a shared lounge, garden and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site. Room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and on the Dartmoor Loop drive.

Situated in Totnes, Hunters Lodge Inn features accommodation with a bar, free private parking and a garden. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property. The hospitality was exceptionel. For Sue en Grahame nothing was too much. Lovely location!!
