Great location for families. Wonderful city with so many interesting museums and beautiful gardens . Don't miss Zoo and Tivoli . The canal tour was great, and we saw most of the city. So many museums have playgrounds or least pencils and toys for the children.

I had a great time in Copenhagen.
I had a great time in Copenhagen. The city is very walkable in addition to the frequent and convenient trains, buses, and metro. I loved wandering around finding local bakeries for breakfast and just meandering through the different neighborhoods.
The architecture is so beautiful, not just the old buildings but many of the newer designs are refreshingly modern. I mostly did free things, but had a lovely time at the Rosenborg castle looking at all the art and artifacts of the royal family.
I also recommend a canal tour. I did an hour long one with Stromma Canal Tours Copenhagen for less than $20 and really enjoyed it. It was an excellent way to see many of the highlights of the city's waterfront without all the walking.
Biggest downside was the prices combined with the current exchange rate with USD. Everything was inherently more expensive with the added blow of a weaker dollar showing up on the credit card statement.

Getting around Copenhagen is very easy - thanks to the efficient metro / train.
Suggest getting off at Kongens Nytorv is a great place to start as it in the centre of the city - beside this is the popular shopping street Stroget plenty of shops / eateries along this fully pedestrianised street also the canal along with cafes are within walking distance here to get the lovely Danish experience and picturesque too.
If doing the bus tour go for the combi tour which is both bus and canal tour together offers great value for money and see all the interesting sights and get your bearings too.

Totaly amazing during May!
Totaly amazing during May! If one says heaven is on Earth, it will be on Nordic. Also very English speakers friendly.
Nevertheless, a bit pricy (120-150 Euro per day, excluding hotel fee) - may be great to stay for 3-4 days instead.

Copenhagen was a perfect intro to Europe, almost everyone...
Copenhagen was a perfect intro to Europe, almost everyone there speaks English so if you are traveling from the U.S. you don’t need to worry about that. The city is beautiful, walkable, and full of things to do and food to try. Many photo opportunities and places to sit and relax, or go for an excursion like a canal tour or bike ride. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. The prices were comparable to what I am used to in the U.S., about $15-25 for lunch, $35-50 for dinners. Don’t get caught in tourist traps- for example the prime canal tour with the big signs costs 179 kr per person, but there is a small booth right down the road where tickets for the same canal tour are only 60 kr per person, save a few bucks where you can! Almost every site will tell you to see the Little Mermaid. They will pass the statue on canal tours, and it’s known as the most “disappointing tourist attraction” so save some time and just see it on the tour. It was easy to learn the metro and how to get around (coming from someone who’s never used public transit). The city is really beautiful, I recommend this destination to anyone who has never been to Europe and wants an “easy” introduction, or for travelers who want to see what Scandinavian life is like. Oh, and if you like architecture, you’ll have a ton to see! 100/10!!!!!
The hotel 25hours in Copenhagen is an extraordinary facility right in the city centre of the city and it's the perfect starting point for the city exploration. Everything is at walking distance and in a nice and quite area. If you love aestethics, out-of-the-ordinary and humour this the place for you. The fil rouge of the hotel is definitely the "Wow" factor. You will find a complete attention and love for details from your first step in, all the way up to your room. Even the lift ride is fun!
Fantastic location with ease of access to airport and city centre, getting to and from was never a chore. I found the hotel ( despite some of the horrible reviews) perfect and exactly what it said it was. If you are expecting a huge palace room then this isnt that kinda place, more a bridge between hostel and hotel and it was perfect at that. Friendly helpful staff, everything worked, relativly quiet. Unless given reason otherwise I will always stay at this hotel when visiting copenhagen.
big towers hotel with very nice and wide rooms with big window to give you Panoramatic review of copenhagen can easily fit for families, Check Inn And out was smooth, Staff were really helpful, Breakfast was nice and testey in big Hall. We really enjoyed the time there, Near to the hotel big shopping mall "Fields" witin 10 minute walking distance.
location of the hotel between the city centre and the airport. Train can be easily accessible in 10 minute to the centre downtown.
We had a Quadruple rom, i.e. the largest room that made our stay more comfortable. The bathroom is small but this is normal for Denmark. Given the prices in Copenhagen and Denmark, this is the best option we could get for this price! The location was good, as it was 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, meaning that one has access to all places without impediment. The hotel was located in a quiet place, no noise, the bedding was quite comfortable.
Location location location! We needed a place that would allow us to get to the airport early in the morning and voila, perfect. Also easy to reach the city centre by metro (not even 20 mins).
The hotel is beautifully designed (the lobby is great) and comfortable.
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. We also appreciate the early check-in -- allowed us to spend more time in lovely Copenhagen (especially that we only had one afternoon to do so)
We were stunned on arrival to see how well set out this unusual hotel is. They’ve thought of everything!
Just a 5 minute walk from the metro and a 15 minute walk from city centre.
Although not cheap, like the rest of Copenhagen, breakfast was amazing.
We loved the kiosk on each floor, allowing tea and coffee making, with option to buy extras on a trust to pay basis.
Great location! Near Tivoli and the famous Stroget shopping street and look out for Doner Kebab restaurant on Stroget street. It's been around forever and my husband craves it every year. We've stayed in many hotels in Copenhagen throughout the years and this is our favorite. Historic design by Arne Jacobsen. Try to book the Arne Jacobsen Suite.
The hotel was clean, modern and quiet, the location between the airport and the city centre of Copenhagen was brilliant, literally 5 min by train from
the centre, also you have a big supermarket 2 min walk from the hotel which is a bonus, and the area is pretty quiet. The price for the area was great too, we would stay here again!
Annex is the hostel part of the Absalon Hotel. Located next to Copenhagen's Central Station and Tivoli Gardens, the hotel is just a short walk away from City Hall and the shopping district. The rooms are as in the pictures: basic but clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back :)
The accomondation is super clean, staff is friendly and helpfull. The location is great, on the walking distance to the metro station and to one of the best bakeries in Copenhagen. The beds are really comfortable. Great value for money in Copenhagen!
Wonderful hotel to stay at … right in the very center of all that’s going on … restaurants , bars , canal cruises , hop on hop off ..
The beds are extremely comfortable!… their Italian restaurant is excellent…
Best place in Copenhagen
I loved the design of the rooms, it was quite small though but it’s fine for me as I was alone. Cozy and woody I love the small of wood and the best part is the staff so friendly helpful I will definitely stay in this hotel again 😄
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and very well connected to the city centre of Copenhagen. If I were to return to the city, I would definitely book Comwell again! The staff was exceptionally friendly and they were very helping.
A nice hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen city centre. Nice bar in the reception area and a very nice garden area where you could have breakfast or a drink outside. A small but perfectly usable gym.
Perfect location for a stay in Copenhagen.
We all have different preferences, but for me the bed were perfect.
Maybe the best nights sleep I ever had at a hotel.
Great breakfast buffet!
Breakfast was the best I’ve seen at any hotel that is included with room. Phenomenal choice of items including micro greens, freshly made juices, ginger shots, fresh breads and cheese etc
Everything. To great staff. Hotel near to shops and restaurants. Train stations are super near. Coffee station on the lobby 24h available! Buffet breakfast was the best!
This hotel is very convenient for exploring the city. It is not far to the Metro and best of all for us it is round the corner from our daughter’s apartment!
