Staff was accommodating and friendly enough. We did not pay for breakfast because we want to stay longer in bed in the daytime, and that suits us well. The location of the hotel is definitely great because its right across a mall and that is very convenient. The television was not working and we have a personnel checked it,after that,it all worked out fine.

The Oasis was good to visit.
The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Al Ain is among one of the most beautiful places in UAE and one should visit to see the efforts done by the authorities in terms of plantations and greenery. A lot of historical places and farms to visit.
Al Ain Rotana is a lovely hotel. We were treated like special people from check-in to check-out. We had had a bad experience at our previous hotel and when Nader found out about that, he upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-appointed, stylish and large. Very luxurious. All staff were so kind and accommodating. I will not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, I know it is the best hotel in Al Ain and much better than the hotels I've stayed in in Dubai. Excellent value for your money.
We have been coming for years to Al Ain and stayed at another hotel which has been booked out for this weekend. This hotel is a great discovery not far from Al Ain Adventures or the Al Ain zoo. Easy of the check-in, friendliness of the staff at the reception desk who were very accommodating with our late check out request. Nice restaurant on the premises, swimming pool with sweeping views over Al Ain, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, a spa.
Great Location, sufficient breakfast, very good service at the breakfast buffet, despite the hotel running at near to full capacity. All the staff working there are sensitive to the customers request and were eager to please. Rooms are smallish but thats kind of expected at that pricepoint.
The resort offered compelling value for the price we paid. We will visit again .
Al Ain Rayhaan is a very good hotel and food was excellent as we had taken half board package.
Downside was noise though, i suggest they need to do something for sound proof as we could hear corridor noise at night and swimming pool yells in the morning, other than that its a good hotel to stay...a bit far from the city!
Location was amazing. Situated on Jebel Hafeet, it gave a bird's-eye view of Al Ain and the mountainous landscape. Facilities were amazing. Buffet Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Staff was friendly and quick in responding to requests. A must recommended option if you're looking for a getaway from the city-life.
I really recommend this place for who needs a calm and quiet home stay. The staffs are really helpful and kind. I am damn sure to give them a 10 rating. For the next time I don't need to search and compare the hotels in alain.. I already have a best place to stay in alain. Thank you for the service.
The desert location and familiar South African camp feeling as UAE resident was an amazing experience. Exceeding all expectations. Well done Telal Resort Al Ain. We will most definitely return for more of the extraordinary luxury experienced.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Facility was good, room is big enough for family of two.
Parking available at the hotel if you have private car.
If you are booking this resort for relaxing, make sure not to book a room at the entrance side.
The room was very spacious, with a decent view on Al Ain Square. The staff generally had a very good attitude and were making efforts to deliver good customer service. The design of the hotel is interesting. Good views from the pool terrace.
The hotel has a very good location in the heart of the city. Big room. Clean. No bad smell in the room and corridors. Spacious shower. Backyard view. Calm. Satellite channels are English and Arabic. The reception manager was very helpful.
The location of the hotel makes it perfect for summer and winter. I visited the hotel during a rainy day, the weather was amazing and the view from the hotel is exceptional as it has an overview over Al Ain city. The room size is great
Beautiful resort at a quiet area within Al Ain. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful - during check-out they offered to drive the car over to the hotel lobby and loaded our luggage for us.
Great location for the event I was in Al Ain to attend - only 10 minutes away from the Al Ain Cycling Track. Nice and quiet too, and a very comfortable bed, for those needing a good night's sleep
Good breakfast, cozy rooftop pool, great sauna, Jacuzzi, steam and well equipped GYM. Opposite Al Ain Mall. Safe 2 floor parking area with enough space. Possibility to extend check out.
