The room was nice. However, I wouldn’t expect additional charges for bathrobe usage (6€ per bathrobe) - the room was already very expensive.
The waiter in the bar was very kind. The breakfast was very good.
Enjoying a panoramic position over Portorož, Villa Bellevue is just 200 metres from a sandy beach. The villa houses an indoor swimming pool and 2 saunas are available all the time-all year.

The hotel is really beautiful, perfect location and great service. I need to emphasize the staff, because they made a real difference in our stay. They are all extremely attentive, professionel and kind. The highest quality of service - exactly what you expect from a Kempinski hotel. I also recommend to try to spa facilities, the massage and the facials are amazing and top quality. Both of the restaurants are great, definitely worth to try. All of our special request had been fulfilled, we even got a surprise birthday cake in our room, because we celebrated my moms birthday during our stay. We had a dog also with us and the hotel is super dog friendly, they prepared everything for our arrival. I would come back anytime, hopefully it will happen soon.

Portorož is the most popular beach resort on Slovenia’s small but undulating coastline. It was first developed as a health resort and several spas remain. The largest is the Terme & Wellness LifeClass Portorož, offering treatments using local products such as salt pan mud, seawater and thermal mineral water.
The huge complex is surrounded by some of the 4 and 5-star hotels available on Booking.com. Nearby is the Hotel Kempinski Palace, a historic property built in 1910 as a retreat for Austro-Hungarian officials. Other Portorož accommodation options include guest houses with pools and beachfront apartments.
The beaches are of course why most people come. The main, sandy beach is awash with colourful parasols in summer, while offshore watersports include diving and water skiing. Boat trips from the marina sail along the coast and even to Venice and Trieste in Italy.
As the temperature cools down, the nightlife heats up as people start hitting the bars and clubs. Several casinos also provide another way to spend some time…and money, and there are also relaxed restaurants where you can enjoy the sunset.
Portorož Airport is just south of the city and in the opposite direction is Piran whose Venetian old town spread over a promontory provides a more cultural offering.
Really great and peacefull in May. People are great, service everywhere was great, food was delicious, drinks great. Prices were okay, expected for a place near the sea and with terme/wellness offer.
It really near other interesting places, like Piran, Izola, Trieste...I recommend visiting by car or renting one and touring around.

Lovely place for long weekend, great place for spring and autumn. We are visiting this place twice a year for very long time. Not the best place for summer vacation, but for long weekend it is one of the best places.

Very nice swimming pools with sea and termal water.
Our food was delicious, especially sea food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very neat and tidy.
Although there were not enough parking spaces, the staff tried very hard to provide us with payable parking.

A very bad experience, from everything that can be said about a hotel that does not respect itself.
We booked a Mosim room, paid in advance and received "another product",
Although there was a lack of reference, and the answer was
"Sorry. Although you did not receive the room you paid for and booked a month ago,
The hotel is full and you are welcome to stay in the room even though it is bad and not suitable for the reservation. Unprofessionalism, indifference and disdain even though they realized they were wrong,
And they didn't try to solve the problem they had. We paid full price, and we did not receive the product (a room that did not match our wishes and conditions) and we did not even receive a refund for the difference between the room we ordered and the room we received.

A beautiful resort- we went in September.
A beautiful resort- we went in September. An unknown gem to British tourists. I imagine too crowded in main summer months. The area is stunning- short bus ride to Piran- which is beautiful and interesting. Swimming in the Adriatic is wonderful.
Great location right by the sea halfway between Piran and Portoroz. You can decide which town to visit for ice cream or dinner or otherwise. Check-in was good, when you arrive there is someone to take care of your luggage all the way to the room. Parking is a bit uphill and there seem to be enough spaces for the guests. Breakfast is phenomenal with outstanding variety of hot and cold food, local food, organic options and with very friendly staff. Indeed, breakfast was the most outstanding experience in that hotel.
Exceptionally clean and modern. New decor inside. Nice outdoor area with places to sit and also to eat. Quiet street and parking on site. Walking distance to downtown Portoroz and the waterfront, although it is downhill with several stone stairways. The Promenade on the waterfront continues on to Piran and is quite walkable. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The host had the apartment stocked with fresh fruit and refreshments in the fridge to welcome us. We really liked that it had a dishwasher.
Casa Rosa is a very nice hotel, renovated and with a new look. Bed was very comfy. Big balconies. Housekeeping was perfect. The women that cleaned out room( we were on the 4th floor) was so polite and helpful. She did amazing job.
Staff at the Metropol were we had our meals is also very helpful and very polite. The bartender was really nice and very polite.
Food was good. Staff at the spa was very nice.
This is a five star hotel. We have travelled a lot around the world and have experienced many beautiful hotel, this one is on top of our list. For us already third time at this marvelous hotel, situated at the beachfront of Portoroz and in the middle of the cosy boulevard. Breakfast is excellent, various choices, if you still feel hungry or not satisfied after breakfast its your own fault.
Great place, especially for those, who have a dog. 2 minutes from the room a big, private park to walk the dog. It was great. Thank you. Great view from the room. Nice personal. Quiet place 5 minutes of walk from the shore. We visited several towns on Slovenian seaside and here in Portoroz was for us the best acces to the sea. Enough space to lay on the sand, grass or wooden wharf.
My stay at Histrion was amazing and i liked everything. Big shotout to hotel staff for making our stay pleasurable and making us feel appriciated and welcomed. Hotel room was perfect and view from blacony is amazing. Breskfast buffet was perfect and i really enjoyed scrambled eggs. Hotel pool and spa were amazing and we enjoyed Finish sauna which have amazing view.
The room was comfortable with a large balcony. We had half board which was provided in the adjacent Hotel Histrion; the food was plentiful and good. We also could use the indoor swimming pool there which was pleasant. Most of all the hotel is in a excellent location right on the sea front and between Portoroz and Piran.
We really loved the view of surroundings and how the hotel was balanced with nature. Coastal room interior was very cozy. What really differs this place are pools with salty water right next to the sea, so relaxing and swimming even in the winter months with the sea view was magnificent.
Hotel is in stunning historic building and is situated in center of beautiful city Portorož with amazing seaview. Everything was absolutely perfect and the hotel suprised us with presents for our anniversary. We had great time and are looking forward to visit again.
Its a beautiful place, overlooking the sea and Portoroz. We stayed in room 16. We had a great view. The room was decorated and stocked really well. Even a tea kettle and tea. Nice big bathroom. Big terrace and an indoor pool and sauna.
Perfect location in Portoroz centre, seaview from the poolside, bars and restaurants just down the street, beautiful green grass at Meduza beach, wide choice at breakfast. Hotel staff was very helpful with finding a parking place.
This was an apartment so no breakfast. The location was great - half way between Portoroz and Piran easily accessible by foot if you like walking. The house has a nice terrace with a great sea view. Very quiet area as well.
Amazing experience. The staff is very nice, friendly and always willing to help you at best.
I went there with a Tesla and the hotel was equipped with a charging station.
Lovely and relaxing experience.
The room and the location were great. The view from hotel room was perfect. It was pleasure to be in this hotel in Portorož. Room was clean, food was good. I really recommend this hotel in Slovenian Istria.
Great view, sunbeds in garden. Shared seating area. Private parking space and little traffic around. Portorož is mountainous, so walking from the beach area to the hotel is a serious workout
Everything was perfect. The host was very nice, welcoming and helpful. He gave us ideas what to see and where to go in Portoroz. Definitely coming back.
