I did not recall seeing that breakfast would be available off premises. We had a choice of two locations to have breakfast depending on when we had our events scheduled. I would has preferred breakfast in the hotel but was not entirely dissatisfied with the off-site locations.
The suite was excellent, the location central which allowed for easy access to many sites.
On my nexu visit I will look for similar facilities with a breakfast room on-site

Rome's got plenty to see. From History to Art, from Street Musician Theater, and from 5 star dining to the best street food around. And don't forget about the great coffee. There's so much to see and do, and the people we met were so friendly.

We enjoyed the architecture, the lovely friendly people, the dining experiences. Be sure to visit the Vatican, Colosseum, Duomo…. For the first two get tickets well in advance. Using the Hop on Hop Off bus allows you to see a variety of sights as well .

Rome was excellent, but be prepared for some key points.
Rome was excellent, but be prepared for some key points. There will be hordes of tourists everywhere, but as long as you are prepared for that it will be fine. Be sure to absolutely get tickets in advance if possible, as this expedited the entries to colloseum and vatican museums. There are so many nice historical buildings that we get tired after a while, so I think we need a separate visit to cover the items we did not get to explore. We were there with 3 kids, aged 10, 12 and 14 and they loved it. Went the last day to Ostia lido for a relaxing day on the beach. We lived close to the colosseum, but if we go again we'll try to stay closer to the main shopping street as the shopping was just as exiting for the kids after a busy period prior to the afternoon of sightseeing.

It is true what they say, all roads do lead to Rome.
It is true what they say, all roads do lead to Rome. For sure the most beautiful city in Europe. You have layers upon layers of history that you can visit. From the Etruscans to Ancient Rome to Renaissance, you can experience all phases of European civilization in this city.
The food is the best you will find anywhere in the world by far. Every restaurant where we ate was just incredible. You have such a variety and all is amazing, from pizza to pasta to lasagna to seafood and deserts. The prices are really good and they don't really change depending on the location. You can eat very well and at an affordable price near all big attractions (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc.). And you must for sure try the coffee which is excellent.
This is my second time in Italy and I always liked to stay close to the central station so the location for this hotel is perfect.
The rooms are great, the host left water and other goodies which was such a nice touch! They also have all the facilities you need in the room and they are perfectly clean.
But the main point here is the staff. The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to help. I followed all his recommendations and had a perfect experience in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this place!
Omar and the rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. This is an amazing hotel! The staff was always checking on me to make sure I had everything I needed and that everything was ok with the room. Room was very spacious and clean with cute decor. About a 5 min walk to the metro and 5 min walk to the train station. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Rome without a doubt. Book here! You won't regret it!
I stayed here twice within my 8 night trip to Italy!
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was in a beautiful location right in Trastevere. We were close to a bunch of authentic restaurants. We loved exploring the charming streets around this hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were soft and we easily slept two with both of us having a good amount of room. The bathroom was a good size with great shower water pressure (rare in Italy!) Overall, a beautiful, clean, and perfect hotel for a trip to Rome.
The location was perfect. It was our first time in Italy and our first stop was Rome. The Trevi Fountain is pretty central to the other landmarks for sight-seeing, so it was not too far of a walk and we could stop back in the hotel throughout the day. The included Breakfast exceeded our expectations, a good spread and you could sit on their rooftop terrace overlooking the Trevi Fountain. It was a bit difficult to locate when we first got there, but otherwise, highly recommend!
Fantastic property managed by the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful host. Luigi knows Rome and Italy in general. He helped us build our itinerary, made wonderful recommendations that optimized our time in Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, modern and safe. It is a few short minutes from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and all the major attractions. We walked to the Vatican, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. There are many good restaurants and gelato shops nearby.
This is my first stay at any hotel in Italy and I can honestly say that the receptionist set a high standard, the check in process was easy and accommodating, recommending me her own personal favorite restaurants that aren't tourist traps and wow that made the trip really great, eating authentic Italian food is the best way to start discovering Rome.
The rooftop for breakfast was fantastic, having some options to eat before walking around in Rome was helpful.
There was heavy rain in Milan area from.Oct 31 to couple of days, which left public transportation on halt, and road and street flood, but this hotel uncooperative on refunding my money that I had paid in advanced. Plus on top of that this hotel isn't providing any other option for customers. Once everything is on halted in milan italy then what my family and I would do, we cannot able travel any other places, which this hotel has hard time understanding,
This was the best place we stayed in Italy. Nice and new, modern and contemporary. Felt extremely clean, comfortable beds and we were lucky enough to have a view of Piazza Venezia from our room. Great location, we walked everywhere and didn’t have to use public transport once. Plus the breakfast! Pietro really went the extra mile to make breakfast each morning that bit special. Will definitely be back when we return to Rome.
The room was nice and clean. Alessia communicated well and gave good instructions for check in. She also cleaned up the room everyday which was appreciated. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry which is to be expected in Italy. Only a 12 minute walk to Rome Termini and 20 to 30 to any major attractions. Neighborhood looks a little rough but we never had any issue. Good value for the price.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the Filipino staff name Mary Claire. She is very helpful and cheerful. She make sure that our trip in Italy is fun and safe. Overall, i’m going stay again in this Hotel and i will reccommend this to my friend.
Thanks for making our visit to Vatican/Rome much better.
Very cool and stylisch hangout in Rome. Very nice and modern rooms. The pool is integrated in the garden and just refreshing.
Any drinks will be served at the pool. If you intend to come with a car you can park it just in front of your room.
The hotel is located next to the circus Maximus and 700 m from the colosseum.
It is already one of our favorite hotels in Italy
Excellent stay in Rome! Pay at the property when check in, pay exactly the amount stated in Booking.com. No additional city hotel, tourist tax or whatever taxes has to be paid. We paid around 4 to 8 Euro per night per person at other hotel or B&B in Italy.
Overall, a pleasant stay in Gins B&B and definitely worth it!
Stayed here for the Six Nations fixture against Italy. Lovely hotel and very convenient for Termini but bit of a walk to other Rome sites however metro and buses good. Staff very helpful and breakfast and bar service good. Many rooms have been updated and are lovely. Excellent stay.
That was our first stay in Italy Rome. The hotel and staff was unreal welcome, we felt like we are at home, very comfortable and No Pressure, the location was the best - right in the middle from everything, walking distance ( About 15-20 min) to any Rome sights. Highly recommended.
All of this Home at Rome i like very much, specially the stuff how to assist you and to explain everything and to remind you if you are first time in Rome Italy, if take a Bus don't forget to buy a ticket. Take note the breakfast a lot of you choose, all is perfect 👌
Beautiful boutique hotel right in the centre of Rome. Excellent modern facilities, well appointed rooms and large bathrooms which is a rarity in Italy! Excellent location for sightseeing and also a shopping destination too. I highly recommend the hotel.
It’s what you expect from Rome, Italy! I loved the location, the corner florist, full of many restaurants and close to all the points of attraction in Rome, charming and romantic with a dreamy bohemian air. I would stay there every time I went to Rome.
The room was perfect for a few small trip to Rome. The staff were extremely friendly and I accidentally left clothes behind and they helped me send these to my next hotel in Italy. Couldn't ask for more, would highly recommend for the price.
We stayed here for our last night in Italy due to its proximity to the train station. Typical Hotel style room, dated decor and bathroom, but clean. Breakfast was ok, good value as most rooms in area were double the price.
