Our bungalow room was private with a cute little terrace under a magnolia tree. The retrostyle bathroom was large and bright. The bed was comfortable and poolside lounge with umbrella was perfect for relaxing after a dip in the refreshing pool. The location is excellent. A stroll to the beaches and a fabulous 2 hour coastal walk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was my first time visit to the area of Antibes.
I was my first time visit to the area of Antibes. The old town center of Antibes and the surrounding bay is really charming but quite busy with the tourist life. I personally enjoyed staying in Antibes- Juan Les Pins. Within my three days, I had the chance to enjoy the nigh life in New Orleans Jazz Club and Helios bar on the beach - both them highly recomandable either for beers or coctails. For nature lovers, you should not miss the visit of gardens of Jardins d´Eilenroc and the panoramic costal path of "Sentier Litoral" at this zone of Cap d´Antibes.

Traditional Mediterranean Sea village. Very good weather.
Traditional Mediterranean Sea village. Very good weather. Considering I'm from the Netherlands, I'm almost thinking moving here:)
People are nice here. Due to the reason it's a tourist attraction, most of the people can speak good English. Recommended.

I loved everything about Antibes.
I loved everything about Antibes. It is a pretty small town on the coast with a variety of old narrow streets and attractive wide avenues. I liked the marina and enjoyed visiting the Picasso museum. It is a short walk from the train and bus station to the centre of Antibes so it is easy to visit other places while staying in Antibes. The staff in the tourist office were very helpful. There are many restaurants. The weather was warm in May with a gentle cooling wind and I enjoyed sitting at cafes in little squares with a coffee or glass of wine relaxing and watching the world go by. Also it was not too crowded in May. People in cafes, shops and restaurants were friendly.

Antibes is a wonderful town along the French Riviera, and a good alternative to Nice as a base for a visit, especially if you want a more overall charming spot to bask in. Walking around is a delight, with lots of little surprises along the way. The Picasso Museum is excellent and well worth a visit. One restaurant that we particularly enjoyed was Le P'tit Cageot. It has a limited menu but the entrees and desserts are excellent!

The hotel has great outdoor space, a lovely pool, and a great restaurant (La Garoupe) next door. It is extremely well located in Cap d'Antibes. There are great beaches, restaurants, scenic walks, and conveniences all in walking distance (pharmacy, cafe, minimarket, and free parking). We were able to get whatever we needed within 5 minutes of the property- everything was easy. Our family room was spacious (3 beds and 2 baths). The set up worked very well for our family of four.
Just the location, the host is just counting on the location. It's more than small.beds are worn out, linens are shabby, I found a lump of hair in the towels. No handwash, soap, showergel provided, in fact on the day of arrival, check in was not ready until 5:30 PM, and we were asked to go away and get a hotel. Very very shabby apartment.
The hosts attitude towards my family was very rude.
Kids crying on the street and the hosts asks you to go away ! Imagine !
Great B&B, true Antibes vibes. Holly is a great owner, she will take care of you very well. This place is full of character, art deco design interiors and located at the heart old town. If you are used to 5 star all inclusives, then you may need some adjustment or look elsewhere. If you are into old style French aura, you are right on spot, in Rue Sade you will have a great time.
Our room was large with an open view of the sea. It was however a room for someone with a disability so shower was a little strange.
The hotel location is great. Easy walking distance to bars & restaurants in Antibes old town
Very quiet at night despite central location
Room was very clean
Staff on reception were helpful and charming
Location, location, location! As mentioned in other reviews, this is super close to old town Antibes action, but in a quiet dead end street.
Air conditioning kept up to the hot outside temperatures.
Refrigerator had an area to make ice and keep things frozen.
Check in and out was smooth and communication clear with the property owner.
The hotel, was super clean and bed very comfortable. We arrived late after the official checking time the lovely lady(btw she was super hot) left the key for me on the reception which made this checking even more perfect. Perfect location, right in Antibes old town centre. Thanks
Great little property for up to three people. Bed and sofa bed comfortable and great shower. Excellent location in the centre of Antibes Old Town. Slightly dark but that really didn’t matter as out and about for the day. Very pleasant owners with good communication.
Location with views of the water from both 2nd and 3rd level, balcony to have a drink and see the ocean, great that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also lower courtyard with table and chairs. Amazing location just steps from everything in old town Antibes.
Whilst only here for an overnight stop the hotel was in a perfect position if arriving by train and only a short walk from the old town and numerous resteraunts and bars. There are supermarkets near too.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Very good location near to the marina and old town. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent hotel would definitely recommend
Perfect location . Beautiful original hotel in central Antibes close to the beach & old town . Bespoke decoration . Calm atmosphere . Fabulous breakfast in very French courtyard . Delightful hosts
A little home in Antibes, very comfortable, clean and so cozy. Location - the center of the old town, everything is close (5 mins by walk). Aurélie is the best host ever!
The hotel is very well located opposite the beach and walking distance to the old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the stay was overall very pleasant.
