The family room was ideal for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. The bed linen was clean and crisp, and the bathroom facilities allowed for both a relaxing bath and a power shower. The meal provision was excellent and being located next door this worked well.

The staff were very pleasant. The dear lady who checked us in(unfortunately forgot her name) was so pleasant. The place had no mobile network and that feeling of being cut off was great especially coming from a busy and bustling city like London.
Everyone at the hotel were informal and the people around seemed warm and felt like a big family.
I highly recommend to stay here for a day or two when on a trip to the Isle of Skye.

The weather was terrible very high winds and very very wet but that didn't stop us from doing some sight seeing the only thing that the guest house needs a lick of paint inside and outside that would make the building more attractive everything else was fine for us and destination from Bridge to guest house sat nav said second exit but it was the first we would go back again thanks for having us Mr.+ Mrs.whitehouse

The location was just for a stop over on our way to Falkirk.
The location was just for a stop over on our way to Falkirk.
The bed had seen better days as the springs had gone and were very uncomfortable and noisy with little movement. The floorboards also were very noisy from upstairs and when moving around the room.

A great breakfast. The staff could not do enough for you from serving you at breakfast to taking your drinks orders from your table. Spotlessly clean room with ensuite and sea view. I would highly recommend.

Scenery was nice.
Scenery was nice. You definitely need a car as a lot of walking and also you are depending on transport, which is unreliable. No shops only the Coop. If you have no car you have to walk over two bridges and back to get food. A few restaurants.Didn’t realise how far the guest house from the station was. We walked it in bad weather and it took us nearly 40 mins. It was definitely an experience. It’s a day visit place or a base to drive to other places.

The shops do get overrun by tourists often so can be difficult to get basic needs when coachloads of people are trying to get trinkets and tatt. But the views from everywhere on this island are stunning, no matter where. Kyleakin is just the first of many on your journey round.

This is not a bnb, just a bunk house, very poor, no standards, room grubby very dated, all needs upgrading, would not recommend to anyone, breakfast was well cooked, but next door in a bikers cafe! No disrespect to bikers, we also have a bike. Staff at the cafe welcoming..but its just a hostel!
This hotel is a little gem! The location is absolutely stunning, out on a little limb in the corner of Skye and surrounded by water, the views are incredible and it is absolutely silent in the area. So peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room very comfortable, especially the memory foam pillow which I loved! Lovely breakfast in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking the water. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely little hotel.
This chalet is a very comfortable and modern apartment with high standard. Its the cleanest apartment where we stayed during our trip. Everything what you need is prepared and Peter & Monika are very lovely hosts who wants that their guests have a perfect stay. We are very impressed that Peter built this chalet by himself and for all the lovely details he takes into account. Its the perfect place to relax after a worthy day spending sightseeing on isle of skye.
Cozy B&B in Kyleakin, the first town you encounter once you cross the Skye Bridge.
The lady that runs the hotel was really kind and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a lot of useful advice for exploring the beautiful island.
The room was spacious with a lovely view on the harbour and the ruins of the old medieval tower.
Breakfast was good with a pretty good variety of options.
Exceptionally comfortable house. Sofas beds etc
Loved coal fire. Excellent views. Jacuzzi bath was veryrelaxing. Very Very clean house. Really enjoyed sitting out in garden watching the boats coming in/going out. Very peaceful area. Host was very hospitable. Location very central to explore either Isle of skye or the beautiful West Coast of Scotland.
Cannot recommend highly enough!!
Idyllic location for venturing on the Isle of Skye. A short walk from a historic castle ruin. The cottage was very roomy with ample facilities for families large and small. It boasts a fabulous view down to the little quay. There’s natural sounds at night with unspoilt night skies.
It was a stunning property to stay, with a modern interior inside the classic building. The property was immaculate, and the management was excellent in communication. I will be delighted to return to the property when I re-visit Isle of Skye with my family in the future.
The hotel is located on a very beautiful location, close to the coast with views towards the Skye Bridge and Lighthouse. It allows you to walk easily to the whole town with magnificent views. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes.
Janette was a very welcoming and helpful host. The location is great allowing easy access both to Skye itself and to the mainland. The house provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay including dishwasher and washing machine.
Really nice and comfortable house, clean, very well equipped and maintained by kind and friendly hosts. Good location from where the entire Isle of Skye as well as the Lochalsh region can be reached for day tours. Fast wifi.
Appears that prices for stays in the Isle of Man have gone up by a lot in the last 5 to 7 years. Given that, I think the Kings Arms hotel is good value for money. Simple place to stay, clean, good breakfast.
Very basic . Do not expect much
Beds are very comfortable . Quiet: a good night sleep.
Rooms are dated but adequate. Accepted it without complaints .
Location is nice
Overall fine for kyleakin
Self contained cottage, spacious and very well presented. Open plan kitchen, nice bathroom and very comfortable double bed. Close to the bus stop to explore Skye further.
Perfect location for Isle of Skye & very friendly, clean and comfy. Perfect view in our family room. Free tea coffee & herbal tea was icing on the cake
