Our first room the coffee pot wasen't working, then we noticed a leak in the bathroom so they moved us to another room. They went over backwords to please us. I mean things happen. But we had a great experience there. We love the pool for our grandkids, however this time it made three out of 5 of us got an itchey rash from the pool. But over all we'll be back. Was in middle of snow storm so unable to visit anything. Went to Salisbury house for lunch but staff were very indifferent to customers and rude if distracted by requests. Food was mediocre didn’t have the items on menu Roads for a city with snow storm were clear and able to navigate from one end to the other easily.
