The room is very modern and clean, and the bed was so comfortable I had the best nights' sleep! I also enjoyed watching youtube and Netflix on the TV. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating, I had an issue with the charging port in my room but they gave me a wall charger to use thankfully! Would recommend.

Booked this hotel last minute, due to an unexpected event during our route, after finishing the Jirisan Trekking. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my visit to Korea, I can say that this is the best. The stars it has, in my opinion, are few, and it really deserves more. The room was spotless, well ventilated and with lots of light and a beautiful view. Very soft slippers. I find the shower separated from the toilet area brilliant. Again, only booked due to travel unexpected, but when I return to Korea I will spend more time in Jinju and will stay in this hotel again for sure. Thanks also go to the staff.

The Brown Dot Hotel Jinju stands as a testament to high-quality hospitality. A room is thoughtfully equipped with a range of amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and warmth of the rooms during winter are particularly commendable. The staff's commitment to service is outstanding. A personal experience that highlights this dedication involved a car issue I faced. When my car developed low tire pressure, Mr. Hong Dohwan, a member of the hotel staff, assisted me. Despite it being Sunday and facing challenges in connecting with the car insurance company, Mr. Hong's persistent efforts and kindness ensured a smooth resolution to the problem. I am deeply grateful for his help and extend my sincere thanks for his exemplary service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brown Dot Hotel Jinju to anyone visiting Jinju. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great. It's close to the bus station, and a short walk from Jinju fortress and Nongae market. Breakfast is fine for the price. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable.

I really liked the kindness of staff, I had a problem with my car and they were very helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The room was warm. The bathroom is in the room despite the annouce says it is not. Of course, it is a Carlton Hotel, it would be strange the room has not private bathroom. The place is close to numerous place to visit I had in my plan and close to the hotel there are many restaurants. It is perfect if you travel by car.
The Lantern festival was very nice. It was worth the trip.
The Lantern festival was very nice. It was worth the trip. Without the festival, Jinju might be a bit boring.
The museum of the Japanes-Korean war was interessting, but very small. The fortress at the river was also impressive.
