Impeccable customer service! We had a very short stay at Petra Plaza Hotel and we had little expectation but we were proved wrong as soon as we walked in! Very warm and friendly welcome from the staff and the hotel itself was very clean and smelling nice. The room was clean and the mini bar drinks were free + some snacks which was a very nice touch! We left early in the morning and didn't get the chance to have breakfast but no doubt it would have been delicious. I would 100% recommend and would stay again!

The room itself was really clean and nice and staff really friendly. It was value for money and we had a good night's rest.
The Manager is 'au fait' with the area and have good local knowledge and advice. Try Sajiat Al Janoob Restaurant for dinner - absolutely fantastic (obviously busy) but worth every JD.

The hotel is in the best location in downtown ,offering a beautifully view over the the whole city,Petra is only 1.9km away and super easy to walk it for visiting. All the bars, shops and restaurants are near by.The hotel is in a quiet location and very clean, they offer you unlimited free coffee and tea to make your self all the day.(Unlikely in the western countries where you have to pay for everything).Jonah checked me in at the reception and provided to me all the information required.from the begining-she was super helpful and knowledgeable. As well I had required a bit of a late check out which has been granted kindly by the owner of the hotel Mr Nasser and Jonah. The place is lovely and full of tourists eager to explore Arabic culture ,cousins and embrace the history of thousands of years. For sure I will be back there again as I felt at home.-everything is safe and secure and no obstacles have come around my way as all the people I meet there are kind and super caring ready to help you anytime. You have as well Aircon in the room for free(some hotels will charge you extra for this).Enjoy Petra!

We had the Jordan pass and boked for 3 days to go into Petra. We arrived in the afternoon at 4 p.m. so walked in to the Treasury, we then went in for the whole day and then on our last morning walked in the backway.
there are lots of places to eat in Wadi Musa and reasonably priced. The museum is worth going into.
we got a donkey up to the monastery which was a very exciting experience and then walked down. It is worth visiting.

Do not get food near the visitor center, it is expensive. Get it from one of the restaurant a km away, called downtown by the folk. Like mehrbash or Falafel place.

Wadi Musa is the town that surrounds Petra, a historic place not to miss. Also in Wadi Musa is the rock that Moses ( Musa) hit with his staff and water miraculously formed. It has a beautiful view from that site
Also, The hotel next to the Petra entrance is elegant- but it's star is the Cave Bar- check it out for a bar that is over 2000 yrs old !

Petra is AMAZING, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
Wadi Musa itself is a mall place with a few restaurants. Please are amazing and very polite, as in the rest of the country.
The only issue a whole place has is the water - it does not flow well. Hence, the bathrooms need to be used with caution and use very low pressure as the higher one can make it wet for days.
A recommendation for a good restaurant would be Mr. Falafel in The Tourist Street. A huge hug for the owner - Rami!

Petra is a great place to visit as it is one of the wonders of the ancient world. The moment we come out of siq( canyon type rock cut way) and see the Treasury , it has a magical experience. The Petra visit combined with Wadi Rum are excellent combination in souther Jordan- certainly worth visiting.
The hotel is pretty much brand new. It’s very smart, stylish and very luxury. It’s ideally located for the entrance to Petra (about 500m walk) and has a small supermarket very near by. The room was very high standard and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice after a day of exploring. The breakfast was fantastic. We checked out a few other hotels near by and they were not anywhere near this standard. Highly recommended.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our visits to Pedra and Wadi Rum really easy. The free transport to anywhere on Wadi Musa was an unexpected bonus. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the food was nice. During our visit to Jordan, we stayed at two 5 star hotels and two four star ones. This was our favourite, not because it was the most luxurious but because it was the best all-around experience.
Best stay in Wadi Musa.Big and clean rooms, good value for money. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the entrance of Petra, Nice sunset view on the roof terrace. There is also a small supermarket directly at the hotel. Parking is sufficient and free .The owner was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast even serve at 5:30 Am so we could enter petra as soon as the site open at 6:00AM Highly recommended.
One of many hotels near the entrance to Petra, it may a bit more basic that its neighbours but we found it quite comfortable, good value and super convenient for accessing the park, especially first thing in the morning.
Breakfast was ok - fairly standard fare and nothing to get excited about.
The staff were helpful and allowed us to leave our bags with them during the day after we'd checked out.
Extremely close to the Petra visitor center. Just a couple of minutes of walking and you are there. The breakfast buffet was excellent and if you want an early start at Petra the staff prepare a breakfast box for you to take with you. The property is clean and staff were excellent. If visiting Petra is your reason to be in Wadi Musa, you can’t go wrong with this hotel.
As far as hotels that are within walking distance of Petra, this one is definitely towards the top of the list. A very sophisticated experience overall which feels great after a long day of hiking. It's a new property with accommodating and hospitable staff. The breakfast buffet is also extensive, very impressed with the experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The location is great, just 5 minute walk to Petra archeological site. The price was reasonable. We had adequate towels without having to request them (which hasn't always been the case at other hotels!) and were given complimentary bottle of water at check-in.
the cleanliness of the room and bathroom (with useful accessories that I have not seen in other hotels in Jordan, and I changed a lot of hotels in one week), but first of all the kindness of the reception staff. I received, even before asking, very useful information that made the visit to Petra very pleasant.
Complimentary drink at the check-in. Professional and polite staff. Breakfast was very good. Room was modern, clean, with touch screen controls and big tv. Price was exceptional, similar hotels in Europe cost at least 2 or 3 times more.
Pool and spa are available but didn't have time to enjoy them.
Charming hotel near Petra (12 minutes drive). The owners and staff were really accomodating and gave us tips on visiting Petra. They also arranged dinner for us. Bonus: the location of the hotel has a very local vibe (compared to the hotels closer to Petra). Would definitely recommend this place!
Very friendly staff. The manager made me feel very welcome. I was up early to get to Petra before the crowd and it was a pleasant walk down the hill. The room had everything I needed. When I was leaving to go to Aqaba the manager phoned the bus driver who picked me up at the hotel.
This hotel is fine and has a great location near many restaurants in Wadi Musa. It's a little outdated and could use some paint or light remodeling, so don't expect luxury. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast has a large selection, though not a ton of flavor.
The hotel staff, especially Moher and Mohammed, were exceptionally helpful with the trip to petra.
They accommodated my late check out also.
The location of the hotel is ideally situated in Wadi Musa with a short 15 min walk to the Petra visitor center
P Quatro is the best hotel in Wadi Musa ( Mousa). The hotel arranged everything including travel to and from the hotel, border crossing, tours serving excellent cuisine, all orchestrated by Zeyad who became a friend of me.
Petra corner hotel is very close to Petra visitor centera and wadi musa center. The room was cozy and clean. They left us a basket with fruits, it was a kind detail. In general, we were happy with our stay in the hotel.
This is probably the best value room in Wadi Musa. You get the same level of room that you'd get in the 4 star hotels at around half the price. The organiser is also very helpful and the small breakfast is a bonus.
Very friendly staff, they give us the room even if we arrived very early in the morning.
The staff takes you to Petra and return for free.
The hotel is in the very center of wadi musa.
