Room- Casita- was ample and provided all amenities, as well as a gas fireplace and terrace. View of RED Rocks and Kachina Women directly off the terrace was fantastic. Shops and restaurants on premise were excellent. Chris at Trail House was awesome and friendly at 7AM in the morning. Spa was well appointed and staff was professional, courteous and well trained. Sedona is beautiful. We were there for 5 days which was plenty just right to see and do everything we wanted to. It is worth going to Sedona during the week as it was very crowded during the weekend. My favorite restaurant for food was the Hideaway House and for good views it is Mariposa. I also highly recommend Pink Jeep Tours and getting to the trailheads early.

Sedona is very beautiful, clean and safe!
Sedona is very beautiful, clean and safe! I don’t recommend going during a holiday weekend cause traffic gets really bad and flights get delayed.
Sedona is a spiritual place with a high vibration of love and peacefulness. You could feel the positive energy! There are many great tours to take but I recommend renting a car and exploring Sedona on your own.
2 to 3 day stay is good
Recommend: Pisa Lisa (pizza)
Javelina Cantina - look for the boars outside the restaurant. Great food

Sedona is a beautiful area of Arizona.
Sedona is a beautiful area of Arizona. Surrounding country and communities are beautiful and fun to visit. Great for hiking, biking, off roading. Downtown Sedona is congested, and patience is required while driving. Fun shopping, lots of tourist shops and some good restaurants. Recommend stopping in at the Visitors Center first to get the lay of the town and its features.

Sedona can be a great place to stay but, if you aren't camping and are staying in a hotel/motel, it can be expensive depending on your budget. We thought we booked a place in Sedona but in fact, were in Oak Creek Village, several miles from Sedona. Turns out that was ok as we had easy/convenient access to really nice hiking trails and there was a great Coffee/Bakery just across the street. And that said, getting back and forth to Sedona takes a great deal of patience and once in Sedona don't be surprised by stop and go traffic (we were there in early May). The scenery is spectacular! However, having now been there we most likely won't be back. Too crowded!

Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to go even if you don't go hiking.
Lots of art galleries and hand made jewelry; not many places for inexpensive souvenirs, atleast I couldn't find any until we were heading back down south of Sedona.
Some of the staff was more than exceptional. Hannah(bartender) was entertaining and fun to be around. She had good advice for local activities, was funny, and made us feel comfortable. She made us want to go back to the hotel bar.
On Wednesday nights, they hire a local( but well-known) astromiter to bring his equipment to the hotel. Dennis Young is very knowledgeable about his passion, and it may have been the coolest thing we got to experience in sedona. Dont miss his presentation if you get the chance to see it.
Star Motel has a stellar location! I the rooms where comfortable and had all the basic necessities fulfill! I do feel the price was a little high, however, it might be the season chosen for travel! we were comfortable, and it was very easy to walk around town!
the only thing I was not very pleased with was the tv didn’t work to well (the signal was always buffering) but in reality, you don’t go to Sedona to stay in your hotel! so it was ok!
thank you!!
The price for this hotel was quite a bit lower than others available in Sedona on the night of my visit and I wasn't expecting much. I rented 2 rooms, each with two Queen beds. The rooms were clean, up to date and well-maintained. Breakfast was included, which provided a bit more than is typical for "in the reception lobby" breakfasts, including pancakes, cheese omlets, bagels, pastries and hot and cold cereals. Good wifi. Quiet. Staff was very helpful.
The house sits on a hill and there are unobstructed views of the mountains on the opposite side. Sunset illuminates the mountains in red color. All rooms have large windows and allow awesome views of the red rocks. Even if you might be confined to the house you would have one of the best views in Sedona. There is a large master bedroom, a comfortable shower, and the heating works well. All rooms are very nicely decorated.
I had an amazing stay at Arabella Sedona. It’s a cute boutique hotel with everything you need…..amazing Sedona views, complimentary breakfast, on site parking, outdoor pool, outdoor lounges, activities/events by local artistans , comfy rooms, great location, and very kind staff. They even surprised me with birthday cake. I will definitely be back because I really enjoyed my stay.
Highly recommend this location--a few miles outside of the tourist hubbub of Sedona, very peaceful. The pics of the swimming pool don't do it justice, it may be the biggest of any hotel in Sedona, so many are dinky "kidney", this was a full 25 yds. and VERY CLEAN, plus two hot tubs for soaking. A wonderful retreat after bumping elbows with the tourist crowds and traffic of Sedona.
We arrived at night and woke up to the amazing view. The room was a good size room for our family. We appreciated having good storage spaces as well as counter space. The fridge had a small freezer which was good to keep out ice packs cold for our cool box.
The hotel was in am excellent location within easy reach of Sedona. Lots of amenities nearby.
Sedona Real is a nice hotel located close to everything in Sedona. Some of the best hiking trails are a 10-minute drive and there are so many dining options around the hotel. The property itself is very well maintained and the staff is super nice and friendly. The continental breakfast is a huge bonus. The rooms are a decent size and were very clean.
The hotel is well situated in West Sedona and near some good restaurants. It is slightly off the Main Street so it is really quiet at night. The air conditioning works really well. The pool is clean and a very nice temperature. The pillows were not that comfortable and the place is a bit dated but it is really clean and a great place to stay.
Worth paying extra to get rim views. Bed was comfortable, nice to have a small sink and a few plates, glasses, and utensils in the kitchenette. Warm cookies on check in— yum. Staff let us store our luggage for several hours while we hiked. Ask for a 10% coupon for the Sedona Grill, a five minute walk from the hotel.
Location of this hotel is great, close to many restaurants, trails and shopping. We had a great view from the balcony on the second floor from the room facing the creek (requested in advance to escape road noise). Hot tub was real nice with no other people and great views of the famous Sedona red rocks.
The hotel did a great job with breakfast. The food was very good, a nice variety of options, and the staff was extremely friendly. The gentleman that managed breakfast, I think his name was Stephen, did a great job of pointing out "insider tips" during our stay in Sedona.
It was one of the best hotel during our traveling around USA.
This hotel simple, but it has great vibes, clean and comfy rooms, amazing hot bath and cold swimming pool, generous breakfast, excelent internet, perfect location. Thank you guys!💚
We will be back!
Clean, exactly what they said it was, great location, good price compared to other stays that after staying can confirm would just be for extra luxuries if you’re someone who prefers that and staying in hotel all day while in Sedona…to each their own. Thanks!!
Lovely cottages full of all amenities to make our stay perfect. Free laundry which was great as we were on a 3 week road trip. Pool and hot tubs were just what we needed and being in Sedona the best place on the planet couldn't get any better
What a truly beautiful area. First time in AZ and loved Sedona area. Perfect location for this hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable. It was quiet, and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely go back!
Hotel is confortable with a full kitchen available, beds are confortable and the rooms are wide.
A market just in front of the hotel could be used to buy food or water
You couldn’t sleep at night at all because of all the noise from top floor. We brought it to the attention of the hotel and they said they cannot do anything about it.
The best stay you can have in sedona, spacious room, big property with huge garden at the river, staff extraordinary friendly, good breakfast, fast Wifi!
