Sedona is beautiful. We were there for 5 days which was plenty just right to see and do everything we wanted to. It is worth going to Sedona during the week as it was very crowded during the weekend. My favorite restaurant for food was the Hideaway House and for good views it is Mariposa. I also highly recommend Pink Jeep Tours and getting to the trailheads early.

Sedona is very beautiful, clean and safe!
Sedona is very beautiful, clean and safe! I don’t recommend going during a holiday weekend cause traffic gets really bad and flights get delayed.
Sedona is a spiritual place with a high vibration of love and peacefulness. You could feel the positive energy! There are many great tours to take but I recommend renting a car and exploring Sedona on your own.
2 to 3 day stay is good
Recommend: Pisa Lisa (pizza)
Javelina Cantina - look for the boars outside the restaurant. Great food

Sedona is a beautiful area of Arizona.
Sedona is a beautiful area of Arizona. Surrounding country and communities are beautiful and fun to visit. Great for hiking, biking, off roading. Downtown Sedona is congested, and patience is required while driving. Fun shopping, lots of tourist shops and some good restaurants. Recommend stopping in at the Visitors Center first to get the lay of the town and its features.

Sedona can be a great place to stay but, if you aren't...
Sedona can be a great place to stay but, if you aren't camping and are staying in a hotel/motel, it can be expensive depending on your budget. We thought we booked a place in Sedona but in fact, were in Oak Creek Village, several miles from Sedona. Turns out that was ok as we had easy/convenient access to really nice hiking trails and there was a great Coffee/Bakery just across the street. And that said, getting back and forth to Sedona takes a great deal of patience and once in Sedona don't be surprised by stop and go traffic (we were there in early May). The scenery is spectacular! However, having now been there we most likely won't be back. Too crowded!

Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to go even if you don't go hiking.
Lots of art galleries and hand made jewelry; not many places for inexpensive souvenirs, atleast I couldn't find any until we were heading back down south of Sedona.
I have stay in Sedona 4 times in last 18 month. First time staying at Elements. One and done, they hit you up parking fee when you checking in. This is not a resort and not even in Sedona. Body wash in shower was empty, two trip to the frt desk No help. Body wash arrive right before checking out. Fire pit on patio not working. When I mentioned my issue to the manager, he just dismissed them.
There are a lot of great hotel in Sedona, stay at one of them.
You get much better service and free parking, and soap.
Never Again

The location is great. Sedona can be SO CROWDED, so by staying in Oak Creek, you're still surrounded by all of the red rock and ambiance of Sedona without the crowds. The room was just what we needed. It was clean, and overall, a quite place as well. We were in the original portion of the hotel, and while old and a little tired, it was very clean. Next time I'd try to stay in the new building. Also, the terrace is great! Available to all guests with great views of Bell Rock, Castle Rock and Courthouse!
Looked at 4 different resorts for the weekend. Poco Diablo had the best rate for our stay along with some great views of the Sedona mountains. After checking in, we were taken aback by the size and cleanliness of the room. There was a complimentary bottle of chilled wine waiting for us along with a note wishing my wife and I a happy anniversary. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had some great scenery of the resort. Poco Diablo you guys are the best and we will definitely be returning!
Amazing location! You can easily walk to the charming Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village (galleries, crafts, etc.) as well as great brunch/dinner restaurants (e.g. Creekside American Bistro). Even better, the hotel is positioned right before the central roundabout in town; very easy to head out of Sedona in any direction.
I really enjoyed our stay at Southwest Inn at Sedona. It is a “Mom and Pop” type hotel. I was greeted by a friendly young gentleman that answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. Each room had an outdoor sitting area that was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
View from the balcony was magnificent - way better than we expected. We could see several of the mountains around Sedona. Below us was Oak Creeek and Canyon, lots of trees and birds.
Location was also very good at junction of main roads into and out of Sedona, but we did not hear traffic noise from our room.
The room is very nice, spacious and well decorated without any 'unessential' things. The terrace and view are beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Location is right in the heart of Sedona and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
A fantastic resort with everything you need. We stayed right next to the adults spa pool which was fantastic. The cottages have everything you’d need and more. Staff were all great, even the night security man! A little out of Sedona but it makes a great spot for star gazing
This hotel is my favorite in Sedona. The value alone for what you get in return. Best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, the property has many amenities. Free bikes, hiking trails onsite, live music by the pool. Really what's not to like here.
On a quiet street in West Sedona, a good retreat but easy access to the trails west of Sedona for amazing hikes. A very short drive to good restaurants. Really beautiful, clean suite with so much attention to detail from the hosts.
It was in a quieter part of Sedona so as long as you have a car it is no problem. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice outdoor garden area to relax in. Across the road was a healthy cafe which was a good start to the day
Recently remodel rooms equivalent to a newer Hilton Garden inn or Marriott Fairfield Inn. Clean, comfortable and stylish right in the heart of Sedona. It's not a resort, so no pool, cafe etc, but great for a place to sleep.
Our stay was very relaxing, the hotel has a nice pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after one of the hikes around Sedona . It also have a nice garden bar, everyone was very polite and helpful.
I have stayed at several hotels in Sedona and Oak Creek. None of them compared to the Desert Quail Inn where everyone is friendly and helpful, and everything is totally clean and very well kept.
The view was lovely from the pool and restaurant and the hotel is very conveniently located for the town of Sedona. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well kitted out.
Very elegant boutique hotel with 5-star guest experience. Bunch of activities to do at the hotel. Great service in terms of room cleaning and amenities. Perfect location!
