Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Very clean, cozy, good location. The gardens looked perfect, they are doing a great job do keep the facilities gorgeous. Tongariro alpine Crossing 50 km away, for those in for fishing Tongariro river is just behind the corner as you simply get out from the lodge there.

The room was excellent having all the required amenities and most of the facilities were quite modern. We loved the thermal pool and it allowed us to relax after a busy day out. The bed was very comfortable and we recommend this property highly!

He was very responsive to our messages as well - a lovely host who gave us so many local tips and tricks. We will be coming back again! Highly recommend this unique spot, perfect for couples!

Surrounded of cows and nature. Absolutely amazing and so much attention to details. We felt like at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies Breakfast was taken the evening before with homemade bread, fruit, fresh juice etc.. Highly recommended!
