Sometimes the towels were a bit tatty. The exit to the marina from floor B1 is not fully accessible or suitable for people with buggies or in wheelchairs, so you have to go through the main entrance and carpark to get there. Pool area was small

Flat was poorly equipped, especially the kitchen. It lacks many utensils and it needs an upgrade.

Location was decent. View from flat was nice. Staff was really helpful. They kept our flat clean every day.

The rooms are dated and furniture old and stained. The hot water was hit or miss, we sometimes had to take cool showers. The air conditioning was high and therefore cold inside the living room area. There were many fruit flies and we couldn’t find out where they were coming from. Pool area had stained pool chairs and the gym is hot and small.

The location was great. The staff were very kind and helpful. Full kitchen with washing machine was nice to have. The amount of space for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, eating area, living room and 2.5 bathrooms is great. The view of the marina was wonderful!

Kitchen facilities (accessories) could be better. However, the requests were addressed quickly.

Excellent location! Just next to the Marina. Staff is very friendly.. catered to our requests very quickly. Special thanks to Zaw in the reception and the house keeping staff. Internet connection with issues (I couldn't keep a discussion in whatt app or messenger) . No balcony .

Large apartment with all tools included for kitchen . Gorgeous view (We were placed at a highest floor). Helpful and smiling staff . A grocery store located at the basement of the building . Not so far from the metro and tram . Good value for money .

Need to upgrade their room appliances as some are not working properly like the microwave. Also, need to fix the plumbing a lot!

The only thing was the building work going on below they started banging very early in the morning and into the evening . Another little thing was the sunbeds people put towels on to save the beds which was very annoying especially when there was a limited number of beds in the sun.

Very spacious, clean and in a fantastic location the views of the marina were fabulous.

TV is not available. Very basic tools in the kitchen but for short stay was OK.

Very good location for Dubai Marina. Easy access with car. Always available parking slot. Next to promenade. Carefur store available in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Amusing view from 27th floor. Thank to the staff to confrim our request for high floor level. Water, coffee, tea available.

The one thing you can't escape... Peak hours traffic!!!

Friendly staff (check in/out was a breeze). Gorgeous view from our room 2502, as we got ample sea and marina view. Nice central location on the marina, lots of shops around, Carrefour just opposite. Driving was mostly easy to exit onto the north or south highways. Room was bigger than most 2 bedrooms (only the master has en-suite bathroom. Weather was a rare and beautiful rainy weekend so didn't use the AC much. Kitchen was suitably equipped for a short stay
