Comfy beds, amazing shower, clean rooms, great breakfast - even chef preparing fresh Tapiocas/Crepiocas delicious! Friendly staff :) There's a shopping centre (with access from the hotel) where you can find a few chain restaurants.

There is nothing to complain about- only that the swimming pool could be a bit warmer - My daughter would have enjoyed it more :)

The staff were fantastic and the hotel facilities were amazing. Breakfast was so delicious and the roof top pool was sensational. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a really good experience and would go back.

The bathroom was a little tired (although very clean). We had a jacuzzi bath but the jets on the bath were broken and didn’t work. Apart from that we loved the trip and experience at hotel unique.

There was a smell when I entered the room, like it was not ventilated. The mirror and other glass surfaces had stains on them. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and also very smelly. I had to put a shirt over them. In the bathroom there was a spider but it didn't bother me, eventually we became good friends and I hope he is still there. The noise from the street can be too much if you are trying to sleep. The area where the accommodation is located is very dodgy and full of strange people.

It's a place that has no business being on a Booking site. Dirty, ants, old things, broken beds, shower that can not be used etc. I am ashamed I have brought my family here to spend our time in Rio.
