The staff. They are warm, friendly, helpful and respectful. I wanted to live the hotel and our stay because of them. They were truly the best.

The hotel was extremely dated. It felt old and allowed to go into disrepair. It felt expensive and I would not not stay here again because of this. There were more modern places down the block that were less money. The pictures make it look boutique but it was just a bit grimy- especially the carpets. I didn’t like the area as it felt far from things that were young and hip. The water pressure was awful and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the tub. There was water damage in the bathroom and broken knobs.

The room is a nice size, fairly quite. I would not call it soundproof as we could hear things from the courtyard. Bathroom was clean.

Fruit flies everywhere near the breakfast bar. They were swarming the water pitcher. Breakfast wasn't even served until after we needed to leave for the airport. The bed was too stiff for our liking.

I booked two rooms for two nights, one room for my friends, one room for myself. My room is small, looks clean but bathroom smells like sewage. I had to keep the fans on in order to reduce smell. It is even worse that there is no water in the shower the 2nd night when I went to take shower. I called the number they provided in the booking, but nobody answered. I texted them, but I got absolutely no response till now. To be frankly, the room for my friends didn’t have these problems. So you have to cross your fingers when you make reservation to not get the room I got. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had。

Mattress was broken down on 1 side. King bed was 2 twins zipped together, so rather than complain and have to change rooms, I just flipped it and it was comfortable
