I doubt about the security of this hotel. The morning I left this hotel. A man locked my door at around 8h30 am in the morning, opened the door and tried to enter the room. At this time, it is weird. I wake up because I put one bottle of water upon door handle and a chair in between the door of bathroom and the room.

We tried to adjust the aircon, but couldn't change the settings. No kettle or coffee maker in the room. Interior design of the rooms is a bit outdated.

Location of the hotel is very central and convenient to walk to the town centre. Hotel has own car park. The rooms are quiet, although the main station of Bonn is right behind the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We did not get new toilet paper. Soap in bath was empty last two days, no one had re-fill it although cleaning was done each day. Everything else was ok.

Everything was great; breakfast was good, variety of food an choice. Room were nice. We very appreciate possibility if having conected rooms. Location was perfect. And hodpitality of service staff was great.

Fine if staying for business and simply need a room. Rather expensive for such a basic hotel, but it seems to be the norm in these central locations.

Would of appreciated a kettle to make tea or coffee. If I had to say something the bed was to soft for my liking. And it's not the fault of the hotel but on 2 of the nights other guests on level 3 were disruptive and inconsiderate banging on doors and yelling down the corridors.

Location was great.. Room was pleasant loved the extra long towel rack to be able to do some hand washing and dried overnight.

Bed wasn't comfortable, same with the bed pillows and there were not more in the room. Also the toilette wasn't perfectly cleaned, there were hair from other people in the shower, the floor was dirty and we saw the humidity insects around the floor.

Good breakfast variation, perfectly located in the central station and even though the surroundings are not creepy.

The room was not very well maintained. Design did not match the price. The real problem is that it was not nearly as clean as it should have been. There was quite a bit of dust around and the armchair was also dirty. I had asked for a double bed instead of two single beds in the room, which the hotel could not accommodate (understandably, I booked very last minute). When I moved the beds together you could clearly see that it wasn't properly cleaned underneath.

The staff was really nice. My room was on the first floor and it was overlooking the train platforms which was not great, but overall I would say the location is a plus due to how central it is.

Beds are too hard for us (but that's a personal matter). Room temperature difficult to get right; too warm without the airco, too cold with the airco at it's least cooling setting. Inside sound proofing not so good; we were disturbed at 1 p.m. by someone in the room above stomping about and taking a shower.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and feedback remains the same. The location is very good, easy to reach from the motorway, and in walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are clean and functional. Good sound proofing from outside noise. Friendly staff at reception. Very good breakfast buffet.

Too few people to do the check in. I was queueing because there was only one guy at the desk and the previous customer required a lot of time with his bills, information, etc.

The location is very convenient for me, since I arrive by train and the hotel is very much at the central station. Bed was very good and the room was very clean.

The bar was closed for 2 nights of our 4 night stay - Sunday and Monday which meant we couldn't have a nightcap but that was a minor problem.

Hotel was very well located just across from the main station. It is smart and modern and was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very well laid out and had good quality facilities in it. If you like trains don't upgrade to the premium rooms as you won't have a view of the station and all the comings and goings ! The bed in the room was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on - pity I forgot to look at the make of the mattress before I left. We had breakfast at the hotel 1 morning and it was good with lots of choice from cooked food to cold meats / cereal / fruit etc. Other mornings we ate out as there are lots of cafes close by which serve lovely breakfasts.
