You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It is located central to the town and cute streets to walk through. While it isn’t a modern hotel, it was still a lovely stay

United KingdomThere’s no lift to the top floor but the staff speedily took control of my luggage.
A pretty hotel in a quiet street (or at least, in relation to other reviews, quiet during my visit) opposite a rather splendid Medieval building and 2 minutes away from the main square. There’s a small terrace area. My room, with a little sofa area and a nice bathroom, was charming, with a mix of traditional and contemporary decoration, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and efficient – they were particularly helpful and accommodating when a potential train strike meant that I had to shorten my stay at the last minute.

DenmarkThe hotel is very nice, located in the city centre of one of the most beautiful German old towns, Hameln,. Parking is available. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, rooms are nice, and breakfast is very impressive, one of the best we have had in Germany. You feel at home and wish you could stay more days. Highly Recommended, we look forward to come back

DenmarkEverything was just super - from the staff to breakfast, the room etc. The hotel is so tastefully decorated in Italian style. Everyone working there was helpfull very friendly and made us feel so welcome. We were travelling on motorbike with our dog, and when we arrived the receptionist immediately went out to show us where to park… the breakfast had all we needed and a bit more 😉… the hotel is right in the middle of the city near the river…
