The only negative was that my phone wouldn't connect to the TV screen share but not a major issue.

Had an excellent stay! Super easy check in and the apartment was lovely. Great kitchen with tea, coffee, washing detergent etc. Would highly recommend

We stayed 4 nights and only had access to the tv’s casting setup for a hour or so on the first night! The first phone call to customer service resulted in NO ability to cast at all. We tried to access the tv through a HDMI cable but that wouldn’t work. The second phone call, no results. The third phone call we were told a technician would have to come out tomorrow. The next day was a national holiday, so the technician was a no show. The fourth phone call we were told a technician had to come out tomorrow after 11am. We were checking out the next day so…. Typically after a long day of walking around we like to finish with some relaxation watching tv. Four days with NO TV is simply unacceptable! Irregardless of location, cleanliness etc we spent 5 hours on the phone between 4 calls. The stress that this caused severely affected our stay. We simply couldn’t recommend this place for that reason alone.

Only little complain was that when we all decided to have a shower (family of four), last one of us did not get much hot water.

Second stay in these apartments. Location, right in the centre. Really comfy and clean apartment. Super easy checking and check out. WiFi works well. Room temperature was ideal and beds were comfy. Spacious.

A little bit loud from the apartment upstairs, you could hear people move around but nothing significant.

Top quality apartment near the city centre/pedestrian area. The room I had was perfect, very clean, excellent facilities ( they thought if everything: washing up liquid, cleaning cloth, dishwasher tab, washing detergent), tea/coffee, sachet of milk, clothes rack, iron , ironing board, etc

We didn't have the breakfast, as it was written in our booking. Maybe we had to ask when we checked in.

The room I was given looks like a loft, it is a very big space with modern furniture. A special attention is given to details, such as fine tea bags, new and soft towels, contemporary designer flatware, dishes and furniture. The bathroom is really large, offering good quality soaps and body lotions. I strongly recommend this structure (which is 6 minute walk from the centre).

The ceiling had a bit of water damage that began to leak, it appeared to be new so I alerted the owner and I’m sure they will fix it.

The apartment was very dark, and lighting could be improved. Also the shower was new, but leaky. Overall, the apartment was not very cozy to stay there.

Clear check-in instructions, good location, the room was in the nice building and quite spacious. Some reviews mentioned that rooms were dirty - in our case the room was very clean.

The hot water for the shower was intermittent, it is noisy especially from the floors above, no sound proofing at all. Street level meant all blinds, curtains had to be kept closed for privacy, the kitchen was sparsely equipped, no tea towel scissors and only a coffee pot,no kettle. Also there always seemed to be a damp smell in the building, oh and a map or something about the city would have been helpful.

The apartment was for 4 people and they only give you 4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 forks..., for the price it would be good to have some extra. There is no place to hang your clothes, again, for the price, it should be easy to install a bar in the wardrobe

Yea, the street can be a little noisy but that’s Granada and every apartment in that area probably has the same issue. However the double balcony windows help and the bed was super comfortable. It might also be nice to have some coffee or tea available for guests.

This was a great place to stay for two nights. The location is ideal to explore the city and you also have a beautiful view over the Main Street. The apartment is spacious and has almost anything you’d need, even cooking utensils and an iron etc. The host was kind and communicated all details with me beforehand to ensure a seamless check in and checkout process. She also let me checkout late since I had a late train to catch.
