    “Helen at breakfast continues to excel at her job. She always goes the extra mile to meet and greet and make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble and she clearly loves her role. Room upgrade again was a nice touch. Thank you Hotel du Vin!”

    “SORRY - WRONG BOX I do have issues about the breakfast . Although the cups and saucers on the table were of a good quality , they were far too small for a breakfast cup of tea. I also had to carry two sets of them all the way to the buffet and make 2 cups of tea with water that was NOT freshly boiled. I then had to manage the milk situation. There were no jugs provided. I am usually half asleep when I have breakfast and to have to manage all that ( when I am paying a lot of money for a decent hotel ) is just not acceptable to me. A relaxing decent cup of tea to start the day is essential when I am considering booking The Mecure again.”
