There was nothing to Like apart From the location being convenient

There was nothing to like the property . It was tired and tatty . The television didn’t work and was barely held to the wall ! Bathroom mirror held together with plasters and no sink plug Burns o. Wooden furniture and mugs for tea/coffee were dirty. Very disappointed especially after I called and was told Rooms had been renovated

We were given a smaller room than I booked, which was dirty and had not been cleaned. The curtain didn’t even cover the whole window and the window backed on to where staff could see. We were changed rooms 2 nights into our stay which was lovely but the shower door was broken, had water stain on roof, the toilet was so cramped into the bathroom you could barely sit on it and the walls were thin 😂 We wouldn’t stay again.

Bathroom was dirty, damp walls in the bedroom were flaking and peeling, TV didn't work. We were in the basement in a room that should've been an office rather. Laundry piled outside the room that stank, staff shouting outside early morning, street noise was dreadful.

There was a cockroach on the floor. The room was tiny.

Check in was quick and easy. Everything else was adequate for a one night stay. It was close to the Royal Albert Hall which was where we were going.

There was a mix up with the room straight away. When I got to it on the fifth floor it was very hot with a lot of traffic noise (windows were not double glazed). The TV was broken and there were stains on the walls. I could not sleep due to the heat and noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A good location and a good shower with basic tea&coffee facilities..

Staff not really helpful and only once or twice got a smile. They didn't really know a lot about what was around the area in terms of where to eat or get a drink

Hotel seemed to be under renovation. Room was okay but bathroom floor was broken. We also saw one cockroach :( Doesn't the hotel owner exterminate the rooms? Breakfast option was also missing. Not able to close The bathroom Dior outside:() However, the service was friendly!

I overnighted here and the location is great. However the rooms was tiny and scalding hot water and only scalding hot water came out of the shower. The staff I notified it to didn't seem bothered. I'm not actually sure they all understood English to be fair. There is renovation in the hotel too.

Terrible cleaning: we stayed for 5 days and asked for the room to be cleaned twice, despite this we found hair in the bathroom and rose petals under the bed which remained there until we left, so both times they didn't clean them. Some things not working perfectly such as the shower. During our stay there were problems with the hot water but no one notified us until we found out ourselves. They continued to work to fix the hot water problem late into the evening without notifying anyone of the noise, waking us up.

Excellent location. Fairly quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast kit provided.

Where does one start. Booked because it had breakfast included but was told they were not offering due to ‘under construction’ but it was still advertised as breakfast included. Bathroom was not clean at all, had mould, hair, buildup of gunk around all edges, shower head not working and spraying more water on the ceiling and down the walls, access to shower dangerous as high, no hand rails with large swinging glass screen very unsafe, tiles unsafe and moving like the floor had rotted underneath, bad odour from drain, bad lighting in bathroom, main lightbulb blown, exhaust fan in Bathroom working intermittently which had bad ventilation, new door handle not working, and bed bugs, suffered lots of unknown bites during our stay needing to seek medical attention

The smell in the bathroom 110 was disgusting,stomach churning. Don't know if it was the drain or what it was but as soon as you opened door it hit you. The bed was close to the bathroom door you had to cover your mouth & nose when it was opened. Towel & toilet roll holders were tarnished and rusty looking as we're the door handles on bathroom cabinet. Bedroom window wouldn't close so was left open during all stay and the drawer in wardrobe unit wouldn't stay closed so has probably been an issue in past as tape marks still on drawer front. This could have caused injury when walking past if not propped shut with our suitcase. Bedside light wouldn't work and shade was taped together on inside of fixture

If I had seen the reviews before I booked I wouldn’t have done. The bedding was cleaner than expected although the room and the bed were both shorter than me. It’s grubby rather than actively dirty. There was a functioning lock on the door and I didn’t see the rat mentioned in another review.

1st room I was checked into wasn't ready, so I was moved to a different room. For a single occupancy room, if you are taller than 5' 6" you are going to struggle fitting into the bed and shower taps didn't work properly so water was scalding and couldn't be adjusted.

The hotel was very near the venue I was attending over the weekend and had plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants for food. And staff were very polite and helpful.

Bathroom was not clean with mold and rust evident. Room for two people and only 1 cup for a coffee. Bedside light did not work so had to get out of bed to turn on / off lights. Room right next to kitchen and banging from kitchen at early hours of the morning. No consideration from staff.

It was tired and worn down. All fixtures and fittings broken or falling off. Mouldy bathroom. Ripped carpet. Dented doors. No plug in sink. Entrance and hallways either un complete or extremely run down. I think they have work going on as an ongoing excuse for the lack of standards.
