Difficult to find parking space

The food & bar prices! There is nothing to do around Stansted so the focus was sitting in the bar/restaurant area for any signs of life. Could you not offer menu or beverage specials at a discounted price to attract more footfall? The gym had a vending machine for cold drinks. It was empty & showed no signs of being re-stocked. I think it important for speedy replenishment given that it serves the gym and can ease the need for tired, weary travellers to disturb staff without having to interact with the bar. It's a quick win-win for convenience for everyone when these drink dispensers are available.

Staff were wonderful in every area of the hotel that I used. Reception/restaurant/housekeeping. Very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom door needs to be replaced. It's damaged, swollen and barely closes.

Convenient shuttle to the airport. Efficient, pleasant check in. Comfortable room and beds. The restaurant isn't cheap, but the food is of a good standard.

Not very clean, with a basement-like smell and mold in the shower.

This one’s course with its location, very close to the airport accessible by shuttle bus. Also, the breakfast was very good and the personnel in this area exceptionally friendly!

The heating in our room wasn't working but they gave us an electric heater. One night was enough.

Hotel close to Stansted airport, with private parking and a restaurant. The room was clean and services adapted for guests who spent one or a few nights.

Breakfast is fine but not the best range of food.

Great and very quiet rooms, clean bathrooms with high end bath products. Shuttle bus from Stansted to hotel runs every 30 mins for £4pp. Breakfast starts from 4am.

The 4 pound per person one way transfer to an airport Hotel. It is 3 km from the terminal, so definitely not an airport hitel rather a hotel near the airport.

Room was small (superior queen for 1 person). Only one bedside shelf?? (I spoke to a family in a similar room and also only 1 bedside shelf and there were 3 of them in the booking). Website pictures show toiletries in the bathroom so I didn't pack anything, and was very disappointed to note there was only shower gel and hand wash in fixed-to-the wall plastic bottles, just like a Premier Inn. Room carpet was terribly stained/marked, as was the sink tap.

Breakfast was fabulous, the gym was larger than expected, staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, shuttle bus service at 4 pounds each way and very regular was helpful. The room had a small fridge and tea and coffee plus kettle, which was appreciated immensely.

Perfect hotel for a layover in London. It offers a shuttle bus from the airport since it’s not close enough to walk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room furniture a bit bizarre, table but no chairs, no bedside table/shelf on one side of bed, no information (heating/menu etc.)

The room had a feel of a convention hotel, being quite worn, with some of the fittings and decor looking very tired. Toilet paper was nasty cheap feeling. The pillows were thin and an odd shape, so difficult to get comfy. Room temperature was difficult to modulate. Sound proofing internally wasn’t great.. the corridor noise was easy to hear although adjacent rooms were silent.

Nice hotel.. modern and stylish. Room was clean and reasonably well equipped. Breakfast was great... fresh, wide choice and super staff.

Room was a little noisy but often the case with early departures. Had a disabled room to get a shower rather than stepover into bath but the disabled seat took up mos of the room! Apparently regular rooms with stand alone showers are available.

Hotel is well situated with frequent airport shuttle. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. Only criticism, drinks and food on the pricey side. Lovely breakfast which was included in our booking.

Parking fee is too high. You know there is no where for people to park so you charge very high fee. Staff could look more welcoming. They refused to give us packed breakfast.
