We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe entrance to the hotel seemed abandoned, and you had to ring a bell down at the lesuire centre for checking in. I was put in a room type that I was not expecting or booked. It was not a suite, which is what I booked ( bedroom and separate lounge). I had to ask for it to be changed as I was unhappy. We were moved to the bridal suite, and although recently renovated (I was told), it had a loose bath. It looked nice on the surface, but when you looked closer, you saw mismatch furniture, poor paint finish, and worn towels. Need I go on... There was no restaurant, as it was being renovated, and the breakfast food offered in a go bag was very limited. The coffee from the machine was unpleasant. The place felt unloved. Having stayed at Hustyns some years back, my expectations were high, but to be honest, I couldn't wait to leave, I am sad to say.
The bridal suite was pleasant but felt cold and unloved. It was a comfortable sleep.

United KingdomLack of maintenance. Bathoom fan didn't work, light over sink didn't work, balcony light didn't work, balcony itself very tired and in need of power wash. Restaurant and bar closed. No hairdryer in room and had to request one, despite being told on check-in that one was in the room. They should not be allowed to advertise that the fee includes breakfast. The breakfast was a joke. A paper bag containing a yogurt, a banana and some sort of stale pastry is NOT a breakfast.

United KingdomThere was no bar staff on or food available and if known at point of booking would not have bothered. Breakfast was poor and frankly having to go out and get dinner in the evening was a pain through dirty country lanes. Phoned two days before arrival about no chef as on maternity leave, but could not cancel or change booking. Alternative plans should have been made by the establishment as I was not the only one disappointed.

First impressions with staff, Alilie & Gareth who very helpful as well as Andy (Night Manager). I wonder how kind of this team, fantastically!! Every where is very clean including well maintained garden. We stayed 2 night with complimentary good breakfast. Location makes us feeling like stay in the little forest. Swimming pool and all facilities are absolutely clean. Very relaxing with the view of well maintained garden & big tree from huge glass window of pool. Moreover, there are plenty of electric car charging stations here. Absolutely recommended!!!!

United KingdomThe breakfast was terrible. . Totally un-maned and very little choice being a "continental" job. . The was no sugar for the cereal or tea. Dinner the night before wasn't much better. . I did complain that my main was too salty but nothing was done. The whole hotel felt like it was in the process of being closed down. If you went for a wander there were miles of abandoned corridors that led nowhere. . Very odd. Even the main reception was boarded up.
The pool was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was okay.

The property is in a beautiful location and has been really well maintained. We stayed in a superior king room with a balcony and it was really spacious clean and very well presented .Food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent!
