Few little things needed cleaning like the front door and the skylights, apart from this it was spotless inside.

Very convenient to town, a couple of minutes walk to Tenby town. Very comfortable and mostly clean. Needed to take a hairdryer but apart from this all other items provided.

As the property sleeps 6, there could have been another chair in the living area. The taps on the bathroom sink had black mould underneath. The mirror on the landing was very dirty. Booking.com did not give correct pin I had to ring management.

There was quite a lot of dampness, especially upstairs. The heating upstairs would not come on. As ladies of a certain age we did struggle with the big step into the bathroom.

No window in kitchen and the road was to close to front door. No where to dispose rubbish when bin bags was full 2nd step in bathroom was too deep

Main road is busy and the curb outside house is narrow so needed to be careful getting in and out of property which isn’t the hosts fault by any means but that is it, location and house are awesome.

Location was amazing, quality communication and service from the host who messaged us to check in info and then messaged to check we got there safe, House is well equipped with full kitchen and the beds as extremely comfortable. Smart TV on the wall and full broadband add to the quality provision in this property. Has all you need for a Tenby stay and is within a 2 min walk of town centre and 5 mins to the beaches

Only negative I could give is unfortunately the front door does open onto a main road, my 1 year old son did run onto the road, but location can't be helped. We just made sure the front door was always locked.

Our satnav sent us slightly wrong directions but the host was very useful giving us directions, and even messaged later to check we had arrived OK and were happy with everything. She also advised us on cheap parking locations. Very handy having a reasonably priced 24 hour car park right behind the house ! Love how many toys/games were available in the property to entertain kids as we forgot any toys for our small children, they were very happy

The property is in a fantastic location. Minutes away from places to eat and the beach. The property was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Lovely welcome pack with prosecco, Welsh cakes and milk. Very helpful booklet provided with ideas of things to do, places to eat etc. really lovely.

Excellent location, very clean, went over and above with lots of extras in the kitchen which perhaps you wouldn't expect. Clear instructions for guests with details of local attractions and restaurants etc. Strong WiFi, comfy lounge area. Very happy with the accommodation

Sands Reach was a lovely house, and we were made to feel very welcome. It's a fantastic location, just a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much anything we needed/wanted. We are a family of 5, and our 3 boys enjoyed it (especially as it had WiFi)! They had plenty of games as well to keep us entertained at night. It must've been good to keep a 7 year old and 2 teenage boys entertained.

Be mindful this is a small property which steps out directly to the street so no space at front door: no other outdoor access. Bathroom a bit damp.

Great location close to Tenby town, restaurants etc. Very handy for us doing the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Dog friendly however no pets on furniture or upstairs… lack of airflow makes the property slightly damp.
