Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hot tub, sauna and steam rooms was for 16+ so our kids could not use the facilities. All our holidays our kids were able to use the hot tub so it was a bit odd they were not allowed to use it.
Beautiful location and the accommodation was warm and so clean like in the photos.

United KingdomSadly the sofa was not a comfy one. The pillows are not up to standard and no hot water on our final day, so a cold shower to end on.
On entering the accommodation, it was warmly heated, which was welcoming. The bed was very comfortable with nice quality bed linen. The staff were very attentive and efficient.

United KingdomOnly small issues: staff on Day 1 did not know how the launderette system worked. Day 2 staff very helpful in this regard: £5 for the whole Day, 2 washing machines, 2 ineffective dryers. Fire alarm sounded in the block, guests evacuated, no staff attended, so i texted and got an answer of 'all ok'. Hot water sporadic, reported, fixed in 24 hours, again had to ask for updates. Some little issues needed sorting: hem on curtains ripped; blinds faulty in bedroom; drafts round doors and windows. Nothing major and at £225 for a week we were content.
Lovely welcome and well appointed apartment. Fair location for exploring North coast.

United KingdomCarpets and upholstery on sofa needs wet clean. Curtains and net curtains definitely needs to be washed. Pillows are old and uncomfortable, it should be replaced. Bedding is good quality Egyptian cotton, however some pillow cases are torn. The biggest issue for me was an internet. On few occasions, I was unable to connect to resort WiFi. Most of the time, I did not have reception on my mobile phones either ( I had a 2 mobile phones, two different providers ), which left me rather upsetting, no being able to speak to my family.
Peaceful countryside, with beautiful friendly peacocks all around really amazed me. Spacious, fully equipped lodge is perfect for self catering. Restaurant on side opens only 5 evening a week in winter period, it could be an issue for somebody, but no issue for me. Recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom, almost sparkle clean. Messaging service with reception is brilliant, fast and efficient customer support. Pool and jacuzzi was open and not busy at all. You can visit Bude beach, Maer Cliffs and South West Coast Path, is only 30 minutes driving from resort.

United KingdomWe had an amazing stay here. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was top notch and waking up to peacocks was a bonus! The views from the whole club are beautiful. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open at the time of our stay but from what we could see it looked nice and the staff offered us an alternative at another pool with the price covered. The house has everything we needed and was clean. To be honest I’ve not had a self catering stay where I had as much stuff provided as I did. It was such a pleasurable stay. We shall be returning.

I was told it would be back in the bank within 2 hours of checking out. 2 days later.....still not there! Furniture dated, could do with an uplift

United KingdomWe arrived at 2pm but could not check in until 4pm. This is unusually late and very very inconvenient as the site is a little remote and away from anything. We had to wait upstairs in the leisure centre waiting area for two hours twiggling our thumbs. £100 deposit is not returned until midnight after you leave. Again not common practise and a bit off-putting.
Lovely comfortable, appartment, very well kitted out. Lovely grounds and quiet tucked away location. Restaurant meal was great, service was excellent. The staff were busy yet very accommodating, friendly and efficient.

United KingdomThe house had the 2 bedrooms on different levels, which was incredibly inconvenient for us with 3 very young kids who often wake at night. Seeing that we were going with young children they could have offered a house with more suitable layout and have a high chair and the right amount of towels prepared on arrival. The staff mad us feel a bit unwelcomed. They would not even try to get us in our accomodatin earlier than 4 though the house was probably all ready by the time we got there. It would have also been nice to see the place a bit more festive. Travelling a week before Christmas we expected the grounds to be decorated with some lights for the holiday season.
The grounds were nicely maintained and the house was a good size. The pool area was nice and clean and the hotel had good overall facilities. It was lovely having peacocks around, we had a lot of fun spotting and watching them.
