I would suggest the hotel management invest in proper noise isolation between rooms since some guests can be very noisy during the night... Unfortunately, it was our case.

The staff and the location. We had some time to catch up with the owner and he gave us all the tips we needed for Heraklion and Crete Island in general :) Well located for a one-night stay before an early flight (in the center but very close to the airport - 10min drive).

I am scratching my head, of course you always want a bigger bedroom but the big terrace was a major bonus - great for apero

The hotel is close to a very authentic restaurant in a nearby square. The staff were really helpful and considerate. The bedroom was compact but the terrace was very large. On arrival there was a glitch with the Air Con, we given a large electric fan and in the morning a technician fixed the Air Con.

We just had that period next door are people that wacht all night television. So it was noisy. What could we do about that?

Location is close to center mening that to drive with a car in sometimes a challenge if you are not used to this kind of traffic. But the hotel is perfect located towards the center to walk.

I just don't understand why there's no hairdryer ( not only here, in Crete in general I couldn't find one). And they should provide a small shampoo instead of all that soaps. The bathroom sink is almost unusable because of the shelf. And I'm a very short guy , so I can't imagine a tall person . But all things considered, I'd recommend it

It's a 2 star hotel, so you can't expect too much. It's in a nice position, the room was very big and clean. A lot of towels and blankets. There's even a lift and a 24 hours reception.

Room was rather small and two twin beds were pushed together like a king.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, sound proof windows kept out street noise. Close to ferry port and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend.

The room was a bit small if we were to spend more days there. Moreover, there is nothing to point out as we haven't spent much time in the hotel.

As we only stayed one night, to leave the city very early, the room has everything needed and everything was clean as expected. The staff were very friendly in all moments, always willing to help. The hotel is very close to the city center and the port.

It was a little noisy at 7am. The doors are not very soundproof, but it was peaceful the rest of the night.

The AC wasn't working and the hot weather was unbearable. The bathroom was uncomfortable.

To compensate for a previous bad night, they gave us a very nice and comfortable room, it didn't feel like the same hotel. The location was the best.

There are no restautaurant onsite but that is not an issue since there are many places to eat close by

very centrally located hotel , very clean & spotless , this accomodation is absolute value for money. Close to many restaurants and super markets. The staff are very polite and courteous.
