The pool is under construction and this was not advertised. We only stayed 1 night but I would not be happy about this if I would have booked for longer. Price is high for what you get, there are way better stays in Bali for this price.

It is a very convenient location just near the bottom of the to Lembognan. That is why we booked the hotel so it served its purpose. I would not recommend to stay here for longer than 2 nights max. The room was big and comfortable, shower could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast was good and staff very nice. If you arrive in the evening like we did and you just want to be close to the boats it is a good stay.

The shower was cold, but it was still our favourite stay in Bali, and it was the most affordable.

The service was excellent! The room was very clean and had a sink, microwave, fridge, and balcony. It was a super cozy stay, perfect for a couple.

I had one incident. One of the rooms I booked only has 1 big towel (normally two). But my parents, who were in that room, forgot to report it to the staff. They nearly paid IDR 300K for the mistake that they didnt commit. But the staffs were good and listened to our argument and report, and they only required us to fill a report.

Breakfast after 7.30 pm cause the hotel dont have their own kitchen. Online taxi cannot pick you up at the hotel because many local offline transport. Instead you have to walk with your luggage about 300 m to the main road.

Just lovely! Even the adjacent restaurant (beer Brothers?) was one of the best we tried in Bali despite looking like just a beer pub.

Because it is new, it has some issues as do all new places. Also there are limited options for food in the area, which is quite remote to the main part of Sanur.

Location is deceiving if you want a swimming beach. Sanur Location is a transit harbour, not a swimming beach. A Business hub. Travellers, do your own research.

Excellent value breakfast. Exceptionally clean room and great security. Property stillbeing built , so lots of noise , construction, drilling, in the morning no sleep in. No.pool. Good location if u need to use the Sanur harbour for the ferries or cruises, but not a swimming beach. Lots of back packers. Everything is new or still being built.

This place is beautiful!!! the grounds are so clean and well kept. Nice pool area and very quiet. Short walk to the port for ferry to Nusa Lembongan.The rooms are large with a nice big comfy bed. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again :)

Only downfall was the the pool was being replaced but only being there for the night it wasn’t an issue

This property was perfect! Luxury at an affordable price point! We stayed here as we were heading to nusa Lembongan the next day! Property is is 100m to Rocky fast boat where you can organise a boat to the island. Directly across from a money changer, grocer and SIM cards for your phone. The room is great so big and has everything you need, extremely clean spacious and comfortable would highly recommend

We were in an upstairs room so uncertain if downstairs room would have been better. Location was very noisy with continuous traffic all night and loud music until past midnight. The room didn't seem to have any sound proofing. Basin in bathroom was blocked. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Coffee in room was so old it was unusable. Breakfast cold and below average (we left our included breakfast and went down the road to eat). Pool was out of service and surrounded by tarpaulin barricades whilst maintenance was being undertaken but we were not made aware of this.

Charged me extra laundry 🧺 costs associated with my bed sheets, and think any stains that may have been left could easily be cleaned out with stain remover 🤔
