BED MATRESS IS SUNK IN SO UNCOMFORTABLE

I was sorely disappointed with the late check in. At the check in desk, it is clearly written "Check in is at 14.00". We arrived after 14.00 and the room was not ready. We asked for an estimate on time, and even then we were not given a good estimate. We were travelling with an elder > 80 yo and a toddler 5 yo and we were in need to get in a room asap. In the end they gave us a room after waiting 20 minutes, but only 1 out of the 3 rooms.

Reliable hotel, great location, good (albeit a bit outdated) facilities, easy access to mall connected to hotel, good breakfast, good bedding, amenities.

The room we were assigned to was not ready when we arrived at the door; there was a maintenance person touching up the wall with paint and was surprised to see us already standing, ready to occupy the room. This was definitely not the kind of experience hotel guests would want to have first hand upon getting into the room.

Check in process was swift upon arrival and the room was spacious despite looking a little dated. The hotel is strategically located with direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza for shopping and dining.

Fitness facilities are very bad, Not any improve for long time. Sauna etc are still not open yet !! Hotel is not pay attention ............

The lifts are very slow on Saturday morning. Some parts of the bathroom need better maintenance.

Located in the city centre, just next to a shopping mall. Super friendly staffs. The room is spacious with good facilities & amenities. The bed is large and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast.

overall i like everything in this hotel, service, cleanliness, food, room, location... but I have something to complain about and I hope this gets the attention of the hotel management.. 1. Bidet Toilet that doesn't work optimally 2. The disposal of water in the Bathup also does not function optimally, so the water stagnates and is not wasted immediately 3. The electricity in the room is not optimal, so that the electronic devices that are being charged become hot hopefully these things get attention

Terrible elevator!! You have to wait 10-20 minute just to get in the elevator, only two of three elevator is working, so waiting elevator for 10-20 min is total nonsense! Room is bit worn,especially in bathroom probably need a small refreshment, paint, light need to be improve, its a five stars hotel build 25-30 years ago, so a little touch up will be great

The lift is to slow,, we have to wait long time to get up or down. Is it because one of the lift isn't working? I don't know. I use the stairs every morning to go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast.
