View from the balcony is wonderful. Very good and varied breakfast. We were on half board and dinner was served at a nearby restaurant which was also very good. Few minutes walk from Limone centre. Private parking.

Unfortunately during our stay there was an issue with the boiler, so we had no hot water. We managed to have shower in another apartment where friends were staying. We understand these things can happen.

The staff were very friendly and receptive. Nothing to complain about it.

Breakfast was very good and the view to Gardalake was vey nice. Location of the the hotel is good. Quiet area, but not too far from lakeside (downtown).

We had booked the family room with sea view. Instead we got a double economy room with garden view. It was half the size and we couldn’t sit on the balcony. We complained but they had no family room. It took us a month before they finally compensated us. But we would rather have had the room we ordered.

The radiator in our room had a minor leak, but that was really minor problem for us,nothing towel wouldnt fix.

Staff was really friendly and eager to help with recommending best places to visit. Breakfast was tasty and phew…with what a view! City center was only few minute walk away. Great value for money.

Rooms were not insulated against sounds from adjoining room or upstairs. Bed and pillows were too firm. Church key locks are a throwback to early 20th century. Should be updated for security.

Good breakfast with eggs and fresh croissants. Cappuccino machine was an unexpected pleasure. Very nice lake view. Free onsite parking. Great top ten restaurant next door. Outside was a quiet neighborhood.

Very narrow space between the bed and the wardrobe. No towel-rails in the bathroom, the fresh towels left on the commode where people usually put their suitcases instead on the bed. The furniture looks old and worn-out.

The breakfast was very good, lot of options. The hotel is about 15-20 min walking from the center.

The hotel is quite old and does need some maintenance.

The access to the town was easy. The staff were friendly. The view of the lake is fine, but partially hidden by trees tops.

The location has great potential, but its not renovated. but it's very clean. it's a 15 min walk from center of Limone, but this can be really nice if you want to have a relaxing morning and evening walk.

We were right above the kitchen below and it was very hot. Air conditioning was good however. We couldn’t sit on our balcony as there were tables directly below looking up at us from the restraunt. would have been nice if we were were told about restraunts and things to do when checking in.

Location was great! super close to the lake! pool facilities which we didn’t use but we’re available to use. room was clean.

Receptionist was very impolite. We didn't felt welcome at all. Very busy street on weekends... Very thin walls in the building. You can hear almost everything...

VIEW: nice sitting outside on balcony in the evening or morning and overview Lake Garda. BREAKFAST: very delicious and had adequate variety. Also very nice staff there :)

Its a great value for a money - its is a 2 star hotel so you cant expect too much!! But everything was good, i was really happy to have a fridge in my room, that was a nice bonus! And stuff is friendly - they even pre pack my breakfast day before as i was leaving early in the morning for hike.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, they always smile to you and advise you where to go and visit in limone. Also the breakfast is amazing with the lake and mountains view.
