I think property managers should live in their accommodation and see what's missing. Little things like there being no tea towel and no hooks for towels etc anywhere.

The place was presented nice and clean! Everything we needed was there. The beds were very nice and comfortable. There was ample space for luggage storage. The view of the surrounding area is not too bad since you're high up on the 9th floor. The kitchen supplies and appliances are complete. The bathroom is lovely and includes a good tub and shower! There is also a washing machine that you can use. The balcony space was very good too!

This place was scrupulously clean, very well positioned and all-round comfortable. The balcony looks over the beautiful river and the outlook is lovely. The unit is a short walk to the Atomic dome, the Peace museum and the mound of ashes. (It's also right next to the posh ferry that goes across to Miyajima.) The host is particularly helpful - we've accidentally left something behind and he's willing to go to some trouble to get it back to us (which we very much appreciate!) The space was perfect for our family because two of us slept downstairs in the double bed and our teenager had the loft space to himself. Very reasonably priced.

If there's any need to restock coffee or tea, we didn't know who or how to reach out with prompt response. Otherwise, it's all good!

It's at the city center. Although no staff were present and it's self service, they gave very direct instructions right before my check-in date. The instructions were very thorough and clear with translations. The room was perfect for 3 people, complete toiletries, amenities, and very clean. Great view from our room as well.

Fantastic location across the river from the Peace Park, and near the dock for the boat to Miyajima Island. Amazing views from our 8th-floor apartment. Comfortable and clean room, fully-stocked kitchen.

Only coffee table, no table with chair as on pictures. Although place was clean, there was one cockroach during the stay (RIP 😄), but staff was very reactive and provided insecticide straight away. Heater and fridge are noisy.

Location is excellent, shops and transportation nearby. Apartment is big enough for 1 or 2 people. View on memorial park is great. Very quiet. Rate during low season was attractive. Well furnished except...

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the fold out couch was not comfortable for sitting or sleeping.

Location and easy access. Amenities were good and there was just enough space for the four of us. Kids slept on the top level. Nice view from the balcony. Cosy.

Thought the sofa bed might be a back up for children who did not want to sleep next to each other, but was not comfortable. Loft bed not easy to access if you have any physical issues.

We went there in Winter and the isolation of the windows was not great at all. The room got quite cold during the night. In addition, the room was too small for a family of four, although we had two double beds. There was not enough room for our bags and suitcases.

The location was excellent, as the hotel is near the Dome and close to a large shopping street in the centre of Hiroshima. The apartment room was quiet.

The room would have greatly benefited from a folding table with a chair; people often need to sit and work with a laptop computer, and that was not realistic in this room. So I would walk to the library work areas or other places, when I would normally work at my place of lodging.

Easy to follow instructions to get in. Clean furnishings. Comfortable. Good view. Very accommodating owner who made sure I was able to get in after the check-in hours. Instant communication. A well-managed property.

Fantastic location, right next to Atomic Dome and a quick walk across the river from Peace Park. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, restaurants, shopping, convenience stores. Seamless check in with excellent instructions that were provided prior to arrival. It was so easy to get to from Hiroshima Station - a quick trip on the streetcar, and then a short walk. I was impressed by the size of the apartment and we had a nice view of the river from the balcony. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could think of. It was so great to be able to do some laundry. I would definitely stay here again.

More comfortable for 4 persons instead of 5 persons. Once u open up the sofa bed the space a bit small wz luggages around.

Separate toilet, bathroom with washing machine. Location opposite the Memorial Peace Park and within walking distance from train station.
