There was a double booking or something, not very clear, but we were told that we had to sleep in 4 bunkbeds instead of the 2 quadruple rooms that we booked, without refund. We said we didn’t agree to that and it took quite a while and a lot of phonecalls with the manager to finally get our 2 booked rooms. They left us standing in the lobby with a lot of unanswered questions for a long time. I can’t imagine sleeping in those rooms with 4 persons per room, even with 2 per room it’s cramped. The beds are good and we were happy to travel with only daypacks, definately no space to open suitcases, but on the bed. Very small but functional bathroom.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Quiet street in the middle of everything. The entree and lobby are nicely decorated.

It was great.

The location was perfect, very convenient. I saw some reviews that said it's located on a dodgy alleyway ... I don't agree. It is on a side street, but I felt very safe at all times coming and going and I didn't think it was dodgy at all! The room was small, as expected but we did fit x2 large adults and x4 large suitcases in the room without too much discomfort. Staff were very nice and helpful. They have a coin laundry ( 300 yen to wash and 100 yen per 15 mins of drying). You can buy detergent from the front desk for 50 yen. This was really helpful for a week's stay. We got fresh towels everyday, and the room was cleaned once during our stay. This was clearly explained on booking, and there was no drama.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, sits in the city centre and very close to train station that can commute directly to the airport. Can walk down to shop and eat conveniently. Room is small (expected) but neat and clean. They do not do room clean daily but once in 3 days which is also fine with us.

Limited washing/drying facilities which are outside the back of the hotel. Our clothes got a bit wet when moving from washer to dryer due to rain. Small room but fairly standard for Japan. Corridors open to the air so freezing cold when walking from elevator to room (this looked as though it was being renovated however).

Comfortable beds, rooms well decorated. Helpful staff, was able to leave luggage prior to checking in and borrow an umbrella for the rain. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Communal board games available to borrow. Great location, very close to Dotonburi area.

The check out time is 10am, but check in time is 15:00. The check out time is quite wird for people from Europe where it is normally 12. the bathroom is too small and the tap for the washbasin is quite bad because the water flow is too heavy and you will make the water everywhere.
