Had a little trouble getting the electric stove top to work. Clearer instructions would have been helpful wrt order of steps. A light in the shower would have been great. Minor issues.

Shower was splashed to the bathroom floor, and carpet is mot enough to soak water on the bathroom floor. Maybe floor towel could be better.

When people were upstairs it was very noisy with them moving around.

Check-in was confusing at first - reminder not to go to the apartments at first. You need to go to the office about a 7min walk from the apartments to pick up the key.

Great location, great set up for friends, & lovely terrace w/ good view. Also helped that we had an elevator after all the the town stairs!

Beds were great, wonderful location felt safe with a teenage child.

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed from irons, hairdryers, coffee machine and a great TV. Oh and exceptionally comfortable beds.

At check in, Miguel was so friendly and helpful explaining everything. As the first impression it was amazing! The location cannot be better, the view from the balcony is like from a roof top bar, the style of the room is so special and nice. It’s a mix of modern and old style. The apartment was clean and so nice ☺️

Being a stone building, it was very cold. We traveled in November at the end, and it was 7 degrees outside in the morning.

Exceptional service and hospitality: we arrived early in the morning to the office, where we could leave our luggage and receive all the instructions we need. The room for us had been prepared even earlier of check-in time. Same on the departure - we were provided to leave our luggage till the end of day. And all these with the exceptional care and feeling we are the most wanted guests! Overall - location just in the heart of old city district with very characteristic view on Porto's roofs. The building is fully renovated: the house had an elevator, not only rooms but an entrance also - everything is modern and clean. However, the spirit of old Porto had been kept in stones on the wall and woods on ceiling. The apartment had been fully equipped, the bathroom comfy and clean. If in Porto next time - only with this guys! Obrigada for perfect stay!

Noise isolation wasn’t very good. You can hear every step from upstairs apartments. The was a lack of some shelves or hangers to put our stuff.

The location was perfect. Apartments were near all the main attractions. It was very clean and tidy.

We chose the ground floor as we have a toddler and we didn’t want to carry a pushchair up flights of stairs. However these is a loft at this properly and the ground floor apartment has a step down onto it a step up to the courtyard and 3 steps down onto the kitchen. Which was a little testing with a toddler. Howe refer this is probably my own fault for not reading the description clearly rather than the hosts.

The apartment was beautiful, lovely stone walls and beams, with a lovely courtyard that would be fantastic when the sun is shining, the waterfall shower is brilliant and bed was really comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic, they were really friendly and actioned requests months in advance.
