Good location and quiet, large beds!

It was a very gloomy and dark room with an uncomfortable bed. It also had no shower hook which was not ideal but was fine for one night. I think there’s better accommodation options for this price

I found a mouse in the bathroom and I freaked out. The worst thing is that I asked to change my room because I worried and they didn't manage to do it.

Perfect location next to the Grand Palace and Khao San road. The bed and the room are comfortable.

Got a free upgrade, the rooms were clean and cozy. There is a 24 hour open reception which shares space with their inhouse restaurant. This meant, I could sit in the restaurant and work through out the night, for my remote gig. There's a 7/11 just next door, and plenty of eateries near by.

If you're not used to a wet washroom it may take some time to yet comfortable. I found my bed a bit hard but these are all preferences I truly believe that, this is a great place to stay

Everything was very easily accessible and the hotel was located in a real convenient area with everything very close by.

A lot of climbing to reach the room. You underestimate the floors but when you are tired from travelling the whole day.. climbing 5 floors is tough. So keep that in mind

The location of the hotel is best. Connectivity wise it's great as we are closer to the palace and ferry that go from North to South.

Most uncomfortable bed I have slept on since going away travelling. Honestly felt like sleeping on a rock. Other hotels have been similarly priced but have had much much nicer beds

The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and there were no elevators but otherwise fine.

The staff was fantastic and the air conditioning and wifi were great. The location was convenient as well.

No elevator - only a minor inconvenience, there aren’t many floors in the hotel. Room is really hot when you first enter, takes about 10 mins for AC to cool it down.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was good value for money. Have food and bar downstairs. Although I didn’t eat there, it looked and smelled pretty good. Good location for Khao San road, few minutes walk.

We left our full trashcan outside the room to be replaced, but it wasn't replaced for 3 days straight, and when they finally replaced it in the 3rd day they didn't put new plastic they just left the bin.

Perfect location. Perfect value for money. Clean and comfy room. We are satisfied.

If you take a single room you would be disappointed as it doesn't match with the description. Extremely small room which looks way less shiny as on photos. Wifi which doesn't reach, one loose plug in the middle of the wall, Seiling at 190cm in the corridor. A shared bathroom means you literally shower over the toilet bowl which is a 1*1 cubicle. Totally different from photos and description.

Manager Pasquale agreed that the single room doesn't match the description offering a double bed room at no additional cost and the room was much nicer. I would say it's worth its money. Friendly staff plus flexible understanding manager. Good location.

The bathroom was not that perfectly clean but anyways good

I like how the entrance and chill out area are opened to the streets and connected to both sides. The staff was super nice (24/7 someone there too) and it was great that we could always ask for water. The chill out area downstairs was great as well. I also like the vibe of the hotel in general :)

Not what I didn't like but could be fixed if people had the balls to tell them .... I didn't ! - TV channels unusable as fuzzy and barely any. BUT usb and hdmi worked ! Hence no issue for.me as WiFi good. I didn't tell them of this ! - If I had a saw and some wood I could make in an hour better shelving to.make.it 5star. I am cursed with the desire to.make things better . This could easily be done. Needs manager to stay in room for 4 days with a notepad ..... As I did . BUT regardless the best place for a traveller to stay in. I will always stay here.

I seem to.always stay here now when I can..I love the view of the room 5** of the river. It is reliable to the extreme accom, with superb service. In a location by the river which I like. 16b and you have a ticket down the river over the road at the pier. For reliable stay I can't see it being beaten. I stay here en route to other places always now. I am gonna be hyper critical on what I noticed as an issue. Not an issue for.me.but.to.help ! I never told them this ! The issues are barely worth mentioning but I say for help....
