Nothing bad everything was amazing

We loved everything!! The facilities were beautiful giving a natural feel but still everything was super clean and taken care of! The bar inside the pool was amazing as was the food! I booked the spa packages and the service was amazing! The most amazing was how much friendly the stuff was! We loved everyone especially the people at the breakfast/restaurant, bar and spa. Can’t wait to visit this paradise again!!!

Plenty of greenery, fantastic food and very helpful staff. Hotel very well kept. Calming oasis in the busy Puhket. Very comfortable beds abd well designed rooms.

The hotel shuttle bus is a little limited, only runs at 10/11/4/6 but okay to go down to the beach at 4pm or 6pm for dinner and then walk back the 10-15 min walk to the hotel when it gets colder.

Amazing nature around the hotel, great variety at the breakfast buffet and all staff was always super friendly. The hotel also offers a number of extra activities like yoga and fruit carving, which I definitely recommend trying out! The amenities, like pool table, gym and lobby are all very nice and clean. The pools were set to a perfect temperature not too warm but also not cold. Banana pool was our favourite a bit off from the main area but super quiet and also partly shaded. The hotel was closer to the Karon area as we expected, but the beach at Kata is definitely nicer and we recommend taking a taxi from the hotel, which they hotel happily arranges for you.

Everything was perfect! The staff was so nice and kind. Excellent breakfast, everything is always clean. There is a shuttle service at the hotel, no need to walk!

Pool sunbeds did not seem enough for the guests .. there’s was no empty ones. Hotel very big , so lots of walking to get to pools/ restaurants, reception (golf buggies were available).

This amazing hotel is great for a relaxed stay. It is just up the hill from Karon Beach. Before our stay, we asked for a mattress topper which was on the bed when we arrived. The room and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There are multiple pools which are all lovely. The staff were great in helping us with airport transfers, taxis and day trips. The breakfast buffet had everything you can think of. There is a free shuttle to the beach a couple of times a day but the walk down the hill to the beach/town is easy.

It was lovely that we were remembered and welcomed by the staff. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff efficient and helpful. Our rooms were close to the main areas we needed, handy to the pools and restaurants.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Some mornings it was good, other mornings the same food wasn’t as tasty as the previous Should be a shuttle to Karon every 30 minutes throughout the day. 4 per day isn’t enough

Breakfast should improve both in quality and variety. There should be more good restaurants in the hotel area. Also there should be more activities to do.

The design, landscape, pools and staff are wonderful. I stayed at this hotel 3 times and every time I enjoyed it.
