Rooms were clean and fully equipped with everything you'd expect. Pom was very helpful, providing us with tips on where to find good food, how to get around, and good spots to visit. Location is exceptional, 5 min walk away from 7/11 and the main road in China town. I would highly recommend and visit again.

The pinned location on the map looks scary, but that's the old photo before the whole building renovation. It looks fine, clean and bright now.

The building is brand-new and the location is awesome. Bangkok old town can be reached by both MRT train and Boat. A stone throw away from Yaowart where you can get street foods and Song-Wat, where you can go cafe hopping. A 15 minutes walk will take you to the pier where you can reach most of the famous temples and tourist destinations on the river banks. In contrast to the location, the place is incredibly quite and super comfy. It feels like heaven after a long day in a busy part of the city. The spot is not very touristy, it's where local people who really live there reside There are plenty of washer and dryers and a company that offers to take your bag to the airport is within 5 mins walk. The owner is super friendly and there're people standing by 24/7. There's also an elevator.

There was no hair dryer in the room, which I can tolerate, but also there was no hand soap, which would be more convenient than you thought, because you never think about it until you need it and it's not there. The room had quite an unpleasant smell when we came in, it was kinda like the smell of a room where no one has stayed in for a long time. The smell was very mild, but my girlfriend is sensitive to smell so that really bothered her. And at night there was some weird noise like the noise of a machine or sth, it was not super noisy but it was all night and for sure disturbing.

The owner was very nice and friendly, it was not our first time in Bangkok so we didn't need her help but I'm sure she would be really helpful. The room was very clean. The place is inside Chinatown, which can be either a pro or a con to different people because it's convenient but the street is crowded and dirty.

The managing couple is very supportive and helpful. They are very friendly, they tell us some interesting locations nearby and even offer to drive us to a local market to see local life. The room is new, spacious and clean with full facilities. They also provide us dish and tableware upon requested. The accomodation is in a quite neighborhood, eventhough it's only 3-5 minutes waliking to the China town, nearest MRT and local small market.

One of the very few completely new buildings in the area. Very spaceous rooms, comfy bed, awesome aircon and situated in a very calm side street. Subway station within 5 min; China Town center is just 2 blocks away. Kung and Bob were just lovely! Will book again.

The hotel administrators will help you with everything you need, such welcoming and generous people. I also received small gifts from them, as a memory of this wonderful experience. Super modern room with great aircon and super lovely hosts who assisted us in getting transport to MBK and our next location. Also taught us a bit of Thai which was helpful and were very friendly throughout our short stay. The apartment is in a quiet location but is a 5 minute walk into Chinatown, 10 minutes to the metro and 1 minute to a 240 bus route stop.

We could not have picked a better spot to spend our week in Chinatown Bangkok. Walking distance to all the conveniences: 7-11, MRT (Wat Mangkon Station), Chinatown night market (Yaowarat Rd), Chao Phraya River (Ratchawong Pier). The apartment is comfortable... except for the bed! If you like sleeping on a rock hard mattress (which I understand is quite normal in Thailand), then you'll be fine. This wasn't our preferred level of comfort, although we did get used to it by the end of our stay. The aircon was superb, and we could leave it on to keep our room cool for our return after a long day out in the sweltering heat. The kitchen space is useful, the fridge is of ample size and works efficiently, the microwave is handy, but there are no utensils (I'm sure you can ask for any extra items needed - I was given another pillow and additional clothing hangers on request). Having easy access to a laundry within the complex was great (just make sure you have 10THB coins for the washing machine, although you can get change at the office). Lastly, big thanks to our wonderful host, Kung, who happily shared helpful information and genuinely checked in on us to make sure we were safe and happy 🙏

If I had to choose something I suppose no hand soap but really nothing to complain about.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. So lovely and helpful. Gave me tips on what to see. When I asked for a plate to borrow I was immediately given a plate, bowl and cutlery as well as washing up gear. The bed was glorious and huge. Pillow fat and comfortable. Mattress foem but I like that. Microwave, TV, electric kettle and fridge (with two free water bottles) and body wash in the shower (but no hand soap) all made for a great trip. Oh AND there is blessed air con and a huge shower with hot water. Just around the corner from Chinatown with a night market and 6min walk from the lotus supermarket. I pre-booked a taxi and it took 40min to get to BKK airport. Highly recommend staying here 😁

A little far from the places I wanted to visit. But its a good stay.

Location: Peaceful. Near to China Town and other attractions but few other places are quit far specially if one wants to explore Sukhumvit. Inside: It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Spacious, Neat and Clean. Suitable for 2. Peaceful & Secured. Check-in/Check-out: Fair. A little difficult to locate the place. Host: Super Host. She was very good to talk to and also have assisted me till my grab came. Thanks for the stay !! Would love to stay again.

The receptionists are so friendly and helpful! One of them, Pom showed us around the city, which was a highlight of our trip! Kung is so charming, giving us many travel tips for restaurants, public transportation, and Thai language… basically anything! The room was so clean and so cozy:)

Very convenient, great location, many places can be reached on foot and the subway station is a 5-minute walk away. In the center, yet quiet. The photos reflect the actual condition well. And the couple who run this place are the nicest people in the world! Made me feel not like a guest, but a family member :) I would stay there again.
