Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PhilippinesTenants are quite loud in the late evening. (This might be an isolated case) The property owner should consider putting a reminder (sign) to be quiet after 10 pm or so.
The location is a 5-minute walk to Min Buri market train station (pink line). There are a few good restaurants and cafes nearby. Few minutes' ride to Fashion Island and Promenade Mall. The location is also near Siam Amazing Park, which is a good place when you're travelling with kids.

IrelandCan be noisy as the doors aren't very well insulated. Aircon isn't best quality and need to run all the time. Pillows are a bit thick, need a thinner ones... wifi is average
The MinBuri is very quiet area and on metro line. BIG C is 5 mins walk. Night market and boat noodle 5 mins walk... and it's only 20 mins to the airport by grab or bolt. People are all local and very friendly. Food is quite cheap compared to other areas...Decent gym... good value for money

I was happy to find that the room was pretty much like the pic. It was bright, sufficiently spacious and clean. It had everything needed including microwave in the dining area down the hall and also a decent gym. There’s a 7 eleven on the corner and a Big C store across from there with other restaurants and the BTS station is about 10 min walk, which is right in front of the big Min Buri market which is great!

The room was really clean and nice 👌 with a fridge, kettle and cups. TV and air conditioning if you use it 👌 cleaning every day.

United KingdomThe mattress on the bed was a back killer, even though the staff put additional toppers on the bed and one we bought to add some comfort. My disappointment was that I did not sleep very well, I woke constantly and starting my day with back pain meant the local masseuse was kept in business.
We choose this property for the convenience of the location, it was in a secure street controlled by security barriers preventing unnecessary traffic. The Area was clean and seemed to be living accommodation for people working in the area, these are minimalistic apartment. It has a bed a toilet and shower area, there is a fridge and the shower was very powerful. There is a 7/11 at the end of the street, along with kiosks selling street food which was very convenient. The apartment was cleaned daily, by three lovely young people both polite and very good keeping the room clean and fresh.

United KingdomThe mattress on the bed is like sleeping on concrete, we asked for extra bed topper and even purchased our own. But this has had little effect, I am not sure who has the stamina to sleep on this mattress. But not me I am sorry but this has hurt my back, you will have more complaint or negative reviews if you do not make this simple change. The lack of a simple kettle and coffee making in the room, or perhaps a small microwave.
This property is in a central location to lots of amenities, so only a short walk to the Big C and plenty of places to eat. The Sky Train is in the process of being built and connected to the rest of the infrastructure. Bangkok peak hour is always a slow process, I find staying on the suburbs there is less tourists. The cost of the Taxi around 300 Baht from the Airport, the shower was very good very powerful.
