Prices for anything in the Vegas Casinos is outrageous. Beer and basic food prices are way over the top. ATM fees are also way too high especially consider they are going to win it anyway.

    Great rooms and pool.

Hotel is quite run down. The lift doors had peeling paintwork & hotel is in need of restoration. Cost was high due to EDC. Ordered room service which I had to follow up on & when arrived after an hour was nearly cold.

Close to airport. Rooms are large & shower was ok.

room good but food court was very high priced, had to go offsite to get a reasonably priced meal which was only bad thing about stay.

Nice enough place but a pain at check in

The check in was a nightmare. I know this is a typical Las Vegas complaint, but it was unbelievable how long it took. Waiting in the snaking line with maybe 80-100 people with only three clerks. Each person averaged about 10-15 minutes to talking to the their clerks with nearly all having some type of issue. The mobile check in option didn’t work. I spent nearly 2 hours checking in starting at 9:00 pm on a Sunday night.

The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. No noise from the casino

Shower water could be hotter and the toilet flush stronger, but easy to work around.

Although we only had a 4th level room we found it well placed for what we needed. Very quiet halls. Very spacious room for the cost. Excellent pool facilities.

Was a bit run down, had two rooms but couldn’t get them side by side. Didn’t know about the $40+ resort fee and we had two rooms for barely a night as we were just trying to stay close to the airport. So cost a lot more than expected.

They let us check in early.

some things weren’t as clean as possible everything, even water which is necessary in that heat was very overpriced (this is just a vegas thing I’m guessing)

Check-in always had long wait lines. No complimentary coffee, but you can get Starbucks for 400% inflated prices.

Everything in the resort was convenient and fairly easy to navigate through. Nice pool and spa facilities. The room was fairly soundproof.

No fridge. Or kettle. the cupboard was there for the fridge .but they had taken it out .so they could charge you £25 if you wanted it. When you go away .you always want a fridge and kettle or coffee maker .for a hotel of that quality. I was very surprised. They were both missing.

Paid Upgrade to corner room is next to elevators, vending and ice machine - it is very noisy all night. Limited dining options. A desk near reception is a “time share presentation “ trap that masquerades as show bookings. TV reception was dreadful and difficult to watch.

Value for money and good links to other resorts. Reciprocal use of other MGM pools. WiFi really good. Beds comfortable.
