Gothenburg is a pleasant and relaxed city with plenty of beautiful parks and canals to spend a relaxed afternoon. The neighbourhood of Haga is not to be missed. The city doesn’t have a bustling nightlife though

Göteborg has a few very nice areas such as the Haga and the botanical garden. The people are quite friendly and good (sweet) food. And the trams are cheap with an easy app and take you everywhere (even to the coast!) It is not a very big city, so 2 days is fine to get around. If you do have another day, go to the Aeroseum, it is not what you expect.

Generally a safe and pretty place to visit, the park was huge and very well maintainted, the Haga district was great and the restaurants and bars are generally great for hanging out. Using public transport tickets it's possible to ride the ferries to the islands, a huge plus!!

I travelled with my friends and I really did not like the city. People there were rude and not accessible enough for tourists like us. We went to one of the clubs named yakida in night after dinner, the guard simply denied our entry and said only guest list people are allowed. But he was allowing every other person from their own country very easily without checking anything.
We felt discriminated there. Tried to ask people here and there but no fruitful response.
Addition to this, There was not too many things to see in gothenburg. I really didn’t like it that much. And would not recommend to anyone.

Gothenburg is not that touristic so don’t expect to find a lot of attractions. It’s great for shopping, I specially liked the tons of second hand and vintage stores around. Also, there are so many delicious vegan restaurants. I’m not vegan but I was fascinated.
Another tip is to go to the islands around to take a walk and a coffee. You can get there pretty easy and the same ticket for the train serves for the ferry.
This hotel was amazing! Felt I was stepping into the Ritz, says this is a 3 star hotel, in the UK it would be a 5 star, not sure exactly how they could make this even better. The staff were so friendly, let me keep my bag there even after check out and even let me charge my phone too. Beds were really comfortable, loved the walk in shower, room was a really decent size. Very close to the tram stop too which was ideal. Breakfast, fika and dinner was included too, also didn't realise could get free bike rental too. Loved my stay here
We cannot chose a best place for our Göteborg trip. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything : tram and buses station, best restaurant places, city center. it’s perfect if you want to visit the city of discover the Islands!
Our room was cute and very well furnished, coffee, yea and cake are to disposal, there is also a luggage so convenient. The team is so nice and the breakfast is very good. I truly recommend ! There is also a nice lounge where you can stay.
The entire hotel is beautiful, with a ton of character in every space. It feels so unique and well-designed, but is so comfortable and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring the city and is very close to the Gothenburg train station. Breakfast is really good, so be sure to make a reservation. Our room was more spacious than we expected and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend!
We had a lovely three nights in this hotel. It is pricey like everything in Sweden, but its worth the money. We had a really nice breakfast with diverse choice of milks(vegan, eco, lactose free..) and also fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh filter coffee. Beds are very comfortable, and there are dumbells in the rooms(4kg). We got clean towels everyday, and two bottles of water for welcome, and on the second day which was very kind.
The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere and the breakfast was varied and extensive. The bathroom was mostly clean an designed beautifuly.
The hint at Swedens clean tap water in the rooms and the free waffle Buffet througout the day are very much appreciated.
The Hotel is situated not to far away from the most beautiful spots in Gothenburg, making it easy to walk wherever you want to go.
We only used it as a transit hotel going to Denmark. I selected it based on the central location to see Göteborg a bit.
It had a fair price and accommodation. Breakfast was very well organized and many things to choose from.
Seems like a small hotel from the outside but is very large going in. And it shows when the breakfast is happening. a bit busy but still ok.
Very stylish clean and have very nice upscale feel. I have stayed in over ten hotels in Göteborg but probably this will be my first choice from now on (my former first choice was the Upper House).
Maybe it’s not all the time but at least the morning I ate breakfast there they had amazing scrambled egg. Texture of the scrambled egg was perfect.
We are in this hotel for the second time. This time we were lucky, because the room was spacious and bright (the windows of the room did not face the atrium). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The hotel has a good location. There is a grocery store next door with good opening hours. Close to the center and means of transport.
Literally everything! Is not a huge hotel but the amenities and the staff is very nice and professional. The room was very clean and well equipped. They also provide snacks (waffles, coffee, apples and juices) every afternoon for all visitors, so you can spend time within the hotel with family and friends, free of additional charges.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful p.e. gave us great information about the city. The late check-in was super organized and easy to handle. It's close to the city center and as a highlight, due to the parking situation in Göteborg, it has a parking garage!! So all in all I absolutely recommend this hotel :)
Always my choice for the best experience while still staying on the budget! The location of the hotel in Göteborg could not be better at the central square, and the option to store the luggage even after the checkout is so convenient. Indoor atrium is so beautiful and better than many of the bars downtown!
The hotel is a rich history and it provides a brochure telling you about the history of the hotel and what it has to offer. The staff is also very friendly. They offer free fika and coffee on the ground floor for guests.
I loved the valet parking service that was fantastic and I recommended your hotel already based on this service and location and price to my family who will be travelling to Göteborg in the coming months.
Room view on football field - it was real surprise for me as for the football fun.
Breakfast was also various and delicious.
Good price as for the Sweden hotel - 60 EUR with breakfast included.
I could not live in it .. the reason is the travel restrictions to Sweden and the reservation was not refundable .. so I do not have any evaluation, perhaps at another time I can live in it
