Excellent communication and kind welcome from the owner. The hotel is so beautiful with loads of character and rooms are finished to a very high standard and are stunning. Really comfortable beds and superb breakfast! We had dinner in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

House was lovely, clean and well equipped. Perfect for two families with little children. Bus stop right in front of the property. Jetty a few minutes walk away. Very convenient to get around with public transport which we did as we found driving around the lake a thrilling experience with the very narrow roads and tight parking. It was a pleasure to be a guest of the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One evening the temperatures dropped and we successfully warmed ourselves on the air conditioning. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and large enough. We had an included breakfast which was hearty and tasty enough that we could even skip lunch, and our host made us a nice Italian cappuccino. The best thing about the hotel is of course its location, right on the lake and being able to drink your coffee while admiring the lake. We were renting a car and it was a great convenience for us to be able to park it in front of the hotel itself, paying nothing extra. There is a bus stop above the hotel. But we were driving the car and had no worries about having nowhere to park when we got home. I would recommend the place with absolute certainty. Oh, and lest I forget, the mattresses were very comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and cooperative. The restaurant attached to the hotel was open for dinner and I even had a glass of wonderful red wine after the long walks of the day.
