The view was beautiful from our room with a balcony, but there is no seating to sit outside to enjoy the view...the room was run down and the facilities were not in the greatest shape...We even upgraded and paid for a better room, so I am not sure what a regular room would have looked like...this is not a $250-300 night hotel room...Parking was terrible as they were having parties and the guests have no where to park, without walking a long way

Goldwater lake was easy to get to.
Goldwater lake was easy to get to. Had fishing, hiking and benches all along the trail and great pictures of the lake, picnic areas for gatherings, volley ball nets, covered areas for groups. Watson lake was extremely different lake. Wednesdays is a free day for both the lakes otherwise $3.00 a day. Big boulders surrounding the lake and trails with white dots to show the way between the boulders.
Eating we want to Texas Roadhouse which is a dependable steak house and we were not disappointed. It was good. We checked the other steak houses in the area and they were $35 for a steak whereas Texas Roadhouse I got the shish kabob for $15.00.
Prescott has everything you would want. Costco, Lowes, Walmart, movie theaters, restaurants, but everything is on a hill.
The old town square is beautiful and at times has craft/art fares. They light up the trees for the holiday season. This is also where whiskey row is located. Worth the visit to see old hotels, bars etc.

I was in town for work.
I was in town for work. It took up all of my time, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy all of the wonderfulness that Prescott has to offer. However, it's definitely a trip worth taking. The most beautiful sunrise and sunsets against the perfectly placed mountainside.
The air is so fresh and pure, and the resident's are delightful!

The town of Prescott is a fun little city.
The town of Prescott is a fun little city. Our first time was a great experience. There are some many different things to do. There are so many different little stores, restaurants, bars, arts & crafts shops, and are favorite, the Antique stores. The people are so friendly and very helpful. You will enjoy your visit.
Great and friendly reception when checking in . Room was compact but it was very comfortable and clean .
The king size bed was also quite comfortable . Good storage available in room . Bathroom was also rather small but large enough to be easily accessible for use . Nice old clawfoot tub with shower . Toiletries were in bathroom
The hotel is obviously old and does show its age but it definitely is a very good vintage hotel . Air conditioning worked well.
Close to Whiskey Row and multiple shops . Great walking area in the Prescott Center
Beautiful historical hotel! Lovely bar with live music nightly, I believe. We were there one night only. The front desk staff, Tara, and, Jade, were fantastic. And, the bartender was old style friendly. It was snowing, and, the fire in the fireplace was so cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed the ambiance. Our corner room was very comfortable, and, had a beautiful corner view overlooking the patio. When we go back to Prescott we will definitely be staying there!
Room was clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had everything needed.
The staff was nice and helpful.
It is in a great location, walking distance of a lot of restaurants.
It was cold in Prescott at night when we were in there, but the room has a nice heating / air conditioning. It is a bit loud but we switched off before sleeping anyway.
We did not have dinner or breakfast there, so cannot give an opinion on the food.
Hotel is on Whiskey Row and about a block from a free parking garage. We were given a coupon for a free appetizer at the hotel restaurant (Sunday- Thursday guests). The history of the hotel is fascinating with guests like Doc Holiday and Teddy Roosevelt, plus ghost stories as a haunted hotel. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well with the ceiling fan providing good circulation throughout the room.
This 1917 hotel is right off Courthouse Square. Great to walk to downtown Prescott! The owners/staff were delightful and very accommodating. When I asked for a ground floor room, she immediately got us one and it was a suite, which we had not booked! Cute old place with tiny rooms, which is appropriate for the time it was built. Rooms were small but not too small. It all worked.
Room was clean and thoughtfully decorated. The room rate was far below other hotels in town. The staff was super helpful and friendly. (Yay! Abbey!) We weren't sure what to expect, but we were delighted at the accomodations. The motel is a block or two away from the town center: walking distance to dining and whatever else brings you to Prescott.
This hotel is very close to downtown Prescott, which was nice to walk around easily without having to take transport. The jacuzzi was nice as it was cold out but we could still use it. The free parking is a nice perk as well. The rooms are okay for the price and the coffee bar in the room could have been better.
Room was quiet, clean and cozy, and they had the heat on which was so appreciated as it was really cold outside. Also the bed was very comfortable. I had stayed at a more expensive hotel the night before and they heater didn't work correctly and the bed was horrible so I extra appreciated The Heritage House room!
The room was large and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The toiletry products were very nice, and the shower was strong and as hot as I wanted. The location was excellent, close to the Granite Dells and a short drive to the historic downtown. Breakfast had many choices and good coffee!
We enjoyed the king suite size and 5th floor location with a great view of the area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly and quick to respond. This hotel was very close to Prescott town square and activities, an easy drive.
We were on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of the desert valley. The beds were overall pretty comfy. The breakfast room service was great and tasty as well as the food in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved our stay at Forest Villas Hotel! We can’t wait to come back!! It was our first time in Prescott, we live a few hours away. The location was great, our room was clean, and the staff were super friendly!
The staff was wonderful, went out of their way to help me book my room. It felt more like a community than a hotel. I’d love to come back there for an extended stay someday.
It was fine. Prescott is a nice size town and it is a quick trip to get around.
Heat worked great; Owner was responsive when we had questions about WiFi
