Although it is a little bit farther than the activities we want to do, the location is right near the airport and the rooms are really spacious and clean. That makes the little extra driving worthwhile to us. The restaurants are very good. We ate only one meal there--dinner in the Diamond Cafe--and it was excellent as was the service. The wait staff are all very pleasant and nice. The room coffee is also good.

Everything was great about Tucson which surpassed my expectations. The stay at Westward look was even better than I thought it would be and more beautiful than the pictures online. My visits to Sabino Canyon and Catalina State Park were amazing as well as the beauty of Saguaro National Park. The food was wonderful and we dined in nice outdoor locations including the restaurant at Tohona Chul Gardens. This trip at 4-5 days was too short as there were many more parks and monuments that I wanted to see. Don't hesitate to plan a trip to Tucson outside the hotter months from October through April or even later. Have fun!!

If I get treated right, I will have a positive opinion. If I dont get my 100 cash back, that is another story then isn't it? Did you disclose the $100 cash deposit on your site? Did they let me leave knowing they still had my deposit? Probably so, huh?

Beautiful country.
Beautiful country. I enjoyed riding thru the mountains and desert on horses and side by sides! Hiking is also great. I took a hot air balloon ride over mountains and desert country and it was awesome! It was easy to drive around in this big city because the people are courteous. I visited a camera shop and needed them to ship something and they couldn't do it. But one of their customers said they could do it. So helped me out greatly! This town has great places to eat - I stayed at a Ramada with Guadalajara Mexican Grill beside it and the food was exceptional there. They even make your salsa right in front of you. The stay was great- just too short!
As usual with the Hilton chain, did not disappoint and in some areas exceeded expectations. The included breakfast was considerably better than many, with a couple "real food" and protein options not just rubbery mini muffins :) Staff and everything was good. Considering it is very close to airport it was actually very quiet. I would definitely recommend as an option not just for airport stay but staying/doing anything in Tucson and area.
Great value for this historic hotel. The room was clean and even the sheets smelled newly laundered when we arrived. At check in, each occupant had to fill out a coronavirus protocol form. The staff were all excellent and helpful. Excellent location in downtown Tucson-close to everything.
Lovely pool are. Decor of the room was nicely designed and all of a premium quality - appliances, bathroom fittings, furniture. In particular, the mattress, bed linen and pillows were some of the best we've had in a hotel.
Amazing price - $80 for one night stay in May inc. taxes.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We had a very good rest here. We really liked the quiet neighborhood. At the same time, the accommodation is very centrally located in Tucson and a good starting point for excursions.
We live in the Tucson area and stay at a hotel near the airport for early flights out the next morning. Best Western has a restaurant on site, shuttle service to the airport and convenient parking for our car while we are away. We also find their suites a great value.
The Congress has a fantastic vibe. Sure it's a little noisy, but they're upfront about it. If you're expecting another cookie cutter chain hotel experience ... go somewhere else. As for us ... next time we're in Tucson, we're staying at the Congress.
Very nice place huge hall for the Christmas event my husbands company was having, hotel was very nice and comfortable, loved that the casino was downtown
wish waitress would not have been so rude in the casino
Otherwise amazing time
The location was fine, pretty close to some bars and restaurants and we even walked one evening to downtown Tucson. The whole property is well maintained and I liked that there were solar panels on the roof!
Location in Tucson was great, with stores just across the road. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room better than we expected. Breakfast choices were great. Parking easy with loads of spaces.
Breakfast was fair, good selection just needs more love if u know what I mean. Room was awesome, stayed on 3rd floor. Staff was friendly, the bar was nice. It will probably be my Hotel spot when in Tucson.
Good hotel with all the necessary facilities. Free breakfast included which is always a plus. Around 10-15 mins drive to downtown where all the restaurants are.
Courteous staff, friendly welcoming place. Quiet peaceful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Tucson. Very clean and neat! Thanks for an incredible stay.
Location was great for visiting the Downtown Tucson area. The bar/lounge is quaint and staff are friendly. The room and adjoining bathroom was very clean.
