We have had an amazing stay at Nabitunich. The location is excellent if you want to visit the ruins of Xanantunich, take tours to the caves or do other activities. It is also possible to organize bird watching tours as well as other activities from the hotel. The owner Dominique is a great host who takes time to talk to each guest and make them feel like at home. We really valued his tips as well as insights about Belize. The ranch where the hotel is located is absolutely beautiful, full of lush trees and vegetation. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Of course you have to remember that you are in the middle of the jungle and at times it may get a bit humid but overall our stay was comfortable.

The hotel restaurant and bar were frequented by lots of locals which is always a good sign and it helped us get a much more authentic belizean experience. We couldn’t rate Sweet Songs highly enough! Everything was fantastic. First off the location is beautiful. Yes, it’s off a long and quite bumpy road but it’s totally worth it. The scenery and wildlife are incredible! It feels so peaceful within the Lodge. We stayed in a Casita which was also lovely. They had even laid out little petals across the bed when we arrived and we were given a welcome drink too. The food was also fantastic. Great options for breakfast and lunch, the dinner menu changed daily and they made great cocktails too. We saw no need to venture out of the Lodge as it had everything we needed food and drinks wise! Most importantly the staff were all so wonderful - they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and went out of their way to help you, but in a relaxed and friendly manner. We can’t wait to come back here!
