Holiday Inn Express is a short ride by bus/taxi from the Edinburgh airport and is conveniently located for your early flight/late arrival. The rooms are comfy and soundproof and the breakfast tops it all. Staff was particularly helpful for providing insights on Edinburgh city visits and attractions. We would stay here again on any other occasion.

Castle Gogar Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Edinburgh, 7.4 km from Murrayfield Stadium, 8.5 km from EICC, as well as 10 km from National Museum of Scotland. The location is very convenient, a clean well decorated place to stay The host was available via phone to sort out out late arrival, she turned on heating etc so it was cosy on our arrival.

The hotel is a nice with an old charm and a great spa with green surroundings. The restaurant is superb, for both dinner and breakfast.

Featuring garden views, Craigiehall Temple provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 6 km from Edinburgh Zoo. What a unique property - we felt like royalty!! The wood burning fireplaces added to the romance. The location to restaurants in Queensferry was perfect! And it was an easy drive to airport in the morning.
