Vangelis at the pool snack bar was very friendly and kind, as well and the entire staff was awesome! The location is good, close to all the main areas, the room was super clean, the food was great and Rosa (🐶) always welcomed us with a great "smile" 😊. So many things: Warm and welcoming hosts. Fantastic location, next to the beach. Comfortable spacious room. Great Cretan breakfast. Amazing restaurant overlooking the beach. Secluded location.

This is an amazing location with a private beach, 2 pools, a restaurant, bar, sauna, and massages available by request 1-day in advance. We stayed at the hotel most of our time, only venturing out to walk the beach, go to the ATM, and try a different restaurant. It’s a pretty one-stop-shop kind of place. It had everything we needed/wanted and the staff were very accommodating. They brought drinks and food out to you on the beach/by the pool. The food was tasty, including the breakfast buffet. You could make your own fruit/veggie juice with their juicer!

The location was perfect, the food was great, the shower was amazing, the staff was super friendly/helpful, and the massage I received from the spa was out of this world!!

Located in the centre of Heraklio Town, Pleiades Urban Stay by Semavi is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. Everything perfect, the flat is modern, clean, well located, friendly staff! I'll come back again!
