The building itself is very interesting, with incredible high ceilings, old wooden doors, etc, but Marco and his wife have paid so much attention to detail inside the apartment it’s hard to list it all - original local artwork, beautifully designed bedrooms, small packages of Kleenex, chocolates, water, a wide selection of items for a self serve breakfast, and so much more! Just a wonderful and enthusiastic host.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and the atmosphere was very appealing. We arrived during a heavy downpour, and the host met us and helped us with our luggage. In addition, they were saving a parking spot for us with their car, which was fantastic, as there wouldn't have been any parking very close, otherwise. The apartment has an elevator. The refrigerator and kitchen were well stocked with yogurt, water, coffee, cereal, and lots of individually packaged baked goods, which was a pleasant surprise as we had driven through a bad storm and did not have the ability or desire to go find something to eat nearby as it was close to 10PM and it was still raining heavily.

The host was extremely kind and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also provided access to Netflix for relaxing evenings after busy days of exploration. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the proximity to supermarkets and restaurants added an extra layer of convenience. This place was the perfect base for our family vacation in Livorno, Pisa and Florence. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families, looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway in a superb location!

The apartments are wonderful, in a very good location, excellent communication from the train station. The apartments have everything you need for life, every detail is thought out. Feeling like you are at home. The host Michele is very kind and caring, great communication from the beginning to the end of the reservation. He left small gift for us in the fridge, its very nice. There was everything we needed for our short stay in Livorno and the apartment and the neighbourhood have an authentic feel to it. The supermarket is only 1 minute. The flat is enough big, the 2 bedrooms are so comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped. Microwave, washing machines, all basic plates, pans, moka pot. Clothesline is outside to dry the clothes (clips also), etc. The owner was very kind during the whole time when we had questions. She replied within short time, so everything was perfect. I would return to here again!
